Very well maintained luxury apartment close to the rail station and easy walking to the centre of York. Finding the keys and accessing the apartment was easy based on the video sent in advance. The apartment had all modern facilities and while we were there only one night can see attraction for longer stays in the York area.
After getting the keys it was hard (as on foot) to work out where the gate and entry to the apartment bloc actually was. Using the postcode on phone or asking locals proved no good. Simple suggestion is making clear from the key collection video you simply look head in front of you across the small car park and the access gate is hidden to the right side around the corner (or include a small sketch map in the joining email)?

Harry allowed us to go in room early totally grateful for that,
Luxury complex not a luxury apartment, knob missing on tv unit cut leg, holes in net curtains, The fact that we stayed as a special moment, as lost
my mum, again should state in listing, that we have to strip beds and remove rubbish, don’t expect to spend that amount of money and be treated as cleaner
