The communication was great. They were very helpful and kindly let us arrive earlier and use the car park for a bit after we checked out.
The apartment was beautifully decorated and modern. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. There was lots of storage space.
The location was amazing, just outside the town walls.
It was even better than expected and I would definitely stay again and recommend.
A fan in the bedrooms would be useful.

The apartment was modern, spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The secure free parking was a huge bonus, especially so close to the city centre. The location was excellent—just a short walk to York station and all the main attractions. The beds were very comfortable, and the check-in instructions were clear and straightforward. Overall, it was a fantastic base for exploring York, and we would happily stay here again.
The only issue we experienced was on the first day when the shower flooded because the shower and sink traps were heavily clogged with hair, preventing the water from draining properly. We had to remove the blockage ourselves and clean up the water the following morning. Apart from that, everything else about the apartment was excellent.

Proximity to city center and walking distance to The Shambles. Parking facility is secured.
The window shades do not block out the sunlight properly as there is a gap.
