Very easy code sent location given pictures to show were and how the location of the lock boxes were

There was nothing I didnt like everything was fantastic

Great location. 2 bathrooms was good. Was very clean and easy to access. Had all facilities we needed for our stay.

TV in living room was difficult to use and no TV in bedroom. Struggled with lockbox to get flap down. Not easy with gel nails or arthritic hands Settee was uncomfortable and the lack of parking was disappointing. Stayed in a similar apartment last year and it had parking so assumed this flat would too. Will be the main reason wouldn’t use again If however you don’t need to park was ideal.

The apartment is generally very good: it is well equipped, clean, and in a convenient location close to the main sights. Cleaning was excellent overall, with only one minor slip up. However, there were a few issues that future guests may want to be aware of.

Arriving by car to unload was unexpectedly difficult. The gate only opens after speaking to someone via the intercom, and despite trying repeatedly for several minutes, we struggled to get a response. We also experienced significant overnight noise from the street, including bottles being emptied into bins, reversing alarms, and what sounded like a compressor running for long periods. In warm weather the flat becomes hot, and we wanted to keep the windows open, but the noise meant we had to keep the bedroom windows closed. With the windows shut, the double glazing blocked the noise well, but ventilation was then impossible. Although the apartment itself was very good, I was extremely disappointed by the parking information provided during the booking process. The listing on Booking.com stated that parking is available. Only after paying in full did I receive an email instructing guests not to park on site and instead to use nearby public car parks. The email stated: “Please do not park in any spaces at Hudson Quarter. You can unload your luggage before finding alternative parking nearby. Recommended options: NCP York Station South Car Park NCP Tanner Row Car Park” At the time of writing, both of these car parks cost £40 per 24 hours, which is a significant additional expense. I am highlighting this because the listing clearly stated that parking was available. Indeed parking was shown as one of the property’s “popular facilities”. Also the property appears when filtering for places with parking. In reality, the situation is comparable to saying the café at the summit of Snowdon has parking — technically true only if you ignore the practicalities.

Comfortable, spacious, service, response to queries , clean and cozy as the name says. Loved it.

Just bit got confused with keys location. Also google suggested a long way to reach the apartment, while it was nearby the station. Thought it’s not cozy collections’s issue or fault.
