Warm comfortable apartment in great location to city, will be visiting again.

The location was very central and the apartment was modern and cosy with a lift as a bonus. Beds were very comfortable and the hosts were very accommodating and checked in with us by text to see if we needed anything during our stay. Luggage rooms a bonus and the apartment was ready before time with a text message to let us know. Stopped here several times and never fails to meet expectations.

Just a slight drainage smell as you enter the building.

The location was great. Easy access via a lift. The welcome package and items left in the fridge was a really surprise. The hosts were very welcoming and there was great information.

Would have been great if the main double bed and room was a bit bigger.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location in the city. The host has been in regular contact to check everything was ok. Lovely welcome hamper, milk, water and butter in the fridge. Tea and coffee, lots of lovely touches to ensure a comfortable stay.

Really lovely apartment which was in a perfect location. Lesley and Jo kept in touch to make sure everything was ok and couldn't have been nicer. The hamper was a lovely touch and all the essentials such as tea, coffee and milk were really appreciated after a long drive. The apartment itself was also a good size with plenty of room. Would love to visit again sometime.

There was noise from the street at night but wearing earplugs helped with that issue. The TVs in the bedrooms also only got limited channels due to error on some channels.

The location was very good and the apartment was clean and comfortable.

This is personal preference and I almost always say it about hotels and holiday apartments - the beds are a bit too soft for me.

Comfortable, cosy, great location.

Very helpful and responsive owner. It was ready a few hours early so we could access it sooner than anticipated and it was very easy to arrange a secure place to keep our luggage after check out as well.

Small issue with the dishwasher but owner aware and is taking steps to rectify this.

The toilet didn't flush properly, we had to let the landlords know. We had to use the kitchen sink bowl, fill it with water and pour it down the toilet.

Exceptional quality in an ideal location within York City Centre.

Location. Exceptionally clean and tidy with an abundance of features. The welcome pack was a lovely touch too.

Only fault was the double bed was very uncomfortable and the bedroom it was situated was cramped. The bedroom with the two singles was much better.

Great place - great location - lovely hosts!

Well appointed and roomy. Great hosts - clear instructions. Good location. There were LOADS of snacks and even fresh milk left for us. Made our mornings non-stressed and comfy. Really nice place!

To be clear, we had a great stay!!! I believe in being honest, and why I am sharing things that weren’t exceptional. Overall it was an VERY VERY GOOD apartment! Americans like AC - and there wasn’t any, which is common for England. However, only a few little tiny windows opened, so there was limited availability to fresh air. There were really nice room fans which helped but it was still quite warm and the fans could only run for 120 minutes max so we had to keep restarting them throughout the night. In general, there wasn’t a lot of light - the place was a bit dark. If you have any mobility problems please ensure you review the shower set up. It is a truly lovely bathroom and has a jetted shower/tub, but entering and exiting is a bit treacherous if you struggle to get into a deep tub.

Spacious Clean Left a nice gift basket and a bottle of wine which was thoughtful Bus stop directly out front Walking distance to everything Hosts were very easy to get in contact with

Fabulous stay in a great location for all of Yorks attractions.

Location excellent and hosts had left a wonderful welcome basket .there was enough in that to give us an excellent start to out break.
