St Helen's House with Minster views

Amazing location, no more than a 5 minute walk ( and often less) to any of the main spots within the walls, fabulous! Also excellent secure)security features entrance to premises. The house was incredibly well equipped especially the kitchen, plenty of seating, comfortable and roomy. 7 of us in the house and it still felt spacious. Bathrooms new, light bright and modern. The other main rooms of the house were very traditional retaining what looked like original period features, a pleasure to stay in this property.

Smell of drains in main on suite and and couldn’t get hot water in that room , shower on the landing leaks but had hot water as did the other on suite

Lovely home for a few days , immaculate,the beds were comfy ,great location close to everything,,easy checking in with code for door ,great for us very roomy we enjoyed our stay

Only the down side would not stay on the weekend again Saturday was so noisy ,with MacDonald across the way and night clubs went on to the early hours of the morning,,Sunday Monday was quieter but we are all pensioners so not up really late ,but back rooms never heard anything , but would stay again in the week

The property was quite spacious

Very limited in terms of a welcome pack a few sachets of milk a few sachets of coffee and a few teabags not what we’ve been used to in the past Also it is opposite of 24 hour McDonald’s there was a riot going on until 3 am early Saturday morning and 5 am on Sunday morning which ended with the riot police coming. It was so so noisy. There was no way you could sleep if you’re in the front two bedrooms. And Saturday night early hours of Sunday 100 young people mainly men outside so so noisy.
