Great location and clean and tidy
With a few of us staying an extra key would have been handy

Good location with good security for Dads electric scooter and our cars.
Little niggles I should have reported straight away but didn't. Plug missing from bath only 5 mugs instead of 8 sofa bed not working properly. None of these were show stoppers but I should have let them know same day.

Good location
Communication was challenging, if it wasnt for the building manager we wouldnt have been able to get in. The sofa bed was broken, there were not enough towels, the duvet was stained, cupboards were dirty with some glasses even being stuck to the base,, soap hadn't been refilled, the curtain pole was not secured and hit one of our party on the head. Did report this to the owner but no response received.
