Very spacious, comfortable beds great location close to York city centre.
Although there was parking at the property it is very tight as I have a 4x4 it was quite difficult getting down the street. Plenty of wall mirrors it was lacking a full length mirror. Carpets in the loft bedroom were very burnt few cobwebs here and there but apart from that it was great!

The property was clean, tidy and great for a family. We parked right outside the house and it was only a short walk in to the city centre. The beds were comfy and the facilities exactly as described. The gurst information provided was very informative and the pickup instructions and check out instructions sent via Booking and text message were clear and concise. I would highly recommend this property.
I can imagine that parking could be a slight issue as the road is narrow albeit, it wasnt an issue for us. There was nothing particularly negative about our stay.

House was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location. There was everything you needed for a very comfortable stay . Lovely quiet area within walking distance to the city centre

The property was the perfect size for a girls trip. It was super clean and the location was ideal, everything we wanted was within walking distance for us.
The only thing we noticed was that there was no hand-wash in the upstairs bathroom. We accepted this could easily have been an oversight. luckily, we had soap within, so all was well in the end.
