Spotlessly clean accommodation stylishly decorated comfy beds well equipped kitchen pots pans our only recommendation would be some kitchen utensils to use for cooking and free on street parking was a great bonus

The house is stylish with all the facilities we needed for our stay, parking was on the street but we had no problems parking two cars, The house is well positioned to explore York city centre on foot and a taxi home in the evening for 4 was only £5.
Only a very small negative, the outside paintwork and sills needed a clean and the instructions for disposal of waste and recycle material needs clarification. The black bin could not be found and it was unclear what to place in the two boxes at the front of the house.

The bathroom is lovely. Good location, close to a bowls green, playpark, lovely cafe (2 many wines) and a co op. Bedrooms are nicely put together. Decent pillows. Overpriced
Heating seemed to be set to sauna mode and kept jumping back to 22 when we tried to turn it down. It's a bit odd to call it boutique when there's paint coming off some of the walls and argos furniture. It's a bit tricky with the dining table being on carpet. When we arrived the cleaners were running late so we had to wait a bit and then negotiate wet floors with small children. For the price you'd normally see a nice welcome basket with some essensials in it
