Nestled in a quiet location 10 -12 minutes walk into the City Centre of York this stunning 3 bedroom house really will give you the wow factor designed and finished to a luxurious standard it's modern and contemporary which has just been fully refurbished to the highest standard.
This impressive house has 3 bedrooms,2 of the bedrooms have super king size beds and a single in which can be made as a super king or split into twin beds and the 3rd bedroom is a king size bed.
The property has a stylish bathroom including a luxurious sunken bath and walk in shower and the top floor bedroom has a en-suite shower room.

We had a lovely stay in the property, which was a perfect space for us to catch up with family. The place was surprisingly spacious and generally well-equipped. The location is amazing and we very much enjoyed taking our niece to the local park and walking into the city to enjoy a day out.

The house was absolutely spotless and matched the description perfectly. The bedrooms were all a great size and the bathroom large and pristine. Situated in a quiet road within walking distance to the city centre. It was a great find and would definitely recommend!

Six of us stayed at York Boutique's house and it was plenty big enough to accomodate us all. The house is on a very quiet street, with plenty of on-street parking right outside and is very tastefully decorated. The lounge/dining area was great for the 6 of us to sit and chat after a day walking around the beautiful city of York, which is within a 10-15 minute walk, or if you prefer, the main road nearby has the No.9 bus, which takes you right into the centre. We had a fabulous weekend and would definitely recommend this place for a group of our size and for its close proximity to the centre. Show review

The house was perfect for us, great size bedrooms and in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The bus stop was just round the corner and had frequent services into the City Centre. The host was very responsive and acted quickly when we had a minor problem.

Another great stay in the York Boutique House, as usual it was clean and well presented. the rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Beds are comfortable and are plentiful in the house, enough for a large family. The WIFI is good enough to work from the house while the rest of the guest enjoy themselves in York, the location is good a 15mins into the city and all the local amenities on your doorstep.

Really nice place to stay with comfy sofa's and more importantly comfy beds. Great shower as well! We stayed for two nights during our sons graduation weekend. It made the perfect base and was conveniently located for the walk into the city for the celebration meal and drinks. Only thing wrong was a dripping tap in the kitchen but this was a minor issue and certainly did not have an impact on our stay.

A really great house. Everything is finished to a high standard, all very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and showers good. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets on arrival. The location is good - about a 20+ minute walk from the city centre, with a little Co-Op round the corner and a small Asda a bit further. We had a fantastic stay here and would recommend for a weekend in York.

We booked this last minute and are so glad we got the chance to stay at this stunning property!! The house is very well furnished and spacious! The hosts were very accomodating in splitting the beds at such short notice! The bathroom is simply beautiful. so much sace for our large family. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook a nice meal and the dining table comfortably seated us all, we were so pleased with thsi property!
