Really lovely property. Great space for our large party.

There was a few snagging issues. The drip coffee machine had quite a mouldy filter when we came in and 2 of the oven knobs were missing.

Beautiful house, quiet residential area. Easy to navigate streets to get into the city centre. Lovely place to stay with large families groups visiting York.

Lots of space and very comfortable, the outdoor space was also nice during the hot weather.

A few minor things such as nonslip bath matt, a grab handle for the bath/shower and cooling Fans for the bedrooms during periods of hot weather would be helpful.

The house was a great size for our party of 6. The decor was lovely and the beds were comfy, we all slept really well. The location was peaceful and it was great to have some outside space. The kitchen was well equipped and seating accommodated our all of us comfortably. Short walk to the bus stop to get into the city centre.

Too many beds in two of the bedrooms which made the space a bit crowded. Check in after 4pm and checkout by 10am made our weekend shorter than we would have liked. Some areas, e.g. door handles/handrails and parts of the worktops were a bit sticky. Having said that, we found the house generally to be clean and comfortable. It would have been great to have some handsoap in each bathroom, we arrived after a long journey and all needed the loo! We could not fit our mid sized SUV in the parking space within the rear garden, however we had no problem parking on the street.
