Good sized house for a friends weekend in York.

Plenty of space for the 7 of us. Comfortable beds. Good facilities (dishwasher etc.). Solid building with good sound insulation.

We weren't interested in the billiards so would have preferred a better dining table instead.

Very comfortable, excellent location,pool table was an excellent addition, very much a home from home feeling. 7 adults 1 child still felt spacious.

Very noisy plumbing, poor water pressure on main shower, sitting room door knob fell off numerous times.loose floor tiles in front passageway.

Great location and lovely house

The location was brilliant so close to town we walked in every day and left the car. The house was lovely and the pool table was a great bit of fun. Bedrooms were great size. The host was very helpful before and during our stay.

The house was great just a couple of minor things for anyone with a larger booking. The house sleeps 8 but only had 6 forks 2 of which were plastic so we had to buy forks for our group of 6 adults and and the living room was hard to accommodate 6 adults let alone another 2 for such a big house its a shame. Not bad things we enjoyed our stay just something for anyone with a larger group staying who might want to know. The house itself was fab.

The lock box for door keys was in an awkward position, I couldn’t see the numbers as so low in walk and it took numerous attempts to open and close

Comfortable stay on the outskirts of York city centre, the property is on a very busy road.

The kitchen could have been better equipped. There were chipped plates which needed replacing Several of the lamps did not work I presume the bulbs needed replacing also a couple of the ceiling lights had the same issue.
