Brilliant location, right in the centre of York. We’ve visited many times but never spent the time so close to all the attractions.
Second bedroom is a little small but manageable

The flat is very comfortable, good quality kitchen and bathroom areas. It is in an excellent location in the old town, close to the Cathedral, surrounded by great restaurants, bars and shops.
We had a serious issue with access to the flat. We had big problems with the keyboxes, and were stuck outside the flat door for nearly 30 minutes.. The managers say they are now sending maintenance staff to sort it.
Also, I don't think that it would work too well for 6 people, depending oncircumstances.
. I thought it had 3 bedroom, but it actually has 2 double bed bedrooms, and a sofa bed

We loved the location it was so central but also quiet inside the flat. The flat itself was really lovely and had everything we needed. It is furnished to a high standard and as we tend to visit York often I would not hesitate to book this accomodation again.
The second bedroom is very small is really my only complaint.

The apartment itself was nice and in a perfect location.
We arrived at 8pm on a Friday night in February (really cold weather) to an apartment with no heating on and no instructions on how to turn it on. We spent ages trying to get it to turn on, I tried to use Chat GPT to help and also called my husband, but it was impossible to turn on. I contacted the hosts, which didn't turn out to be helpful, with us even being questioned if we were sure the heating wasn't on (it was 9 degrees in the house!). After numerous messages and phone calls, we gave up and the 3 of us ended up sitting under a duvet in the living room on the first night and showering in freezing cold temperatures the next morning. Someone did come round on the second day to put the heating on, but it really spoilt the experience.
