Clean, comfortable, and centrally located, with everything you need close by. Well-stocked, nicely laid out and functional, reasonably priced stores are just a couple of minutes away, and it’s only about a 10-minute walk to the Old Town, restaurants, sightseeing, the river, and parks. The balcony has a lovely view of the abbey, which is a great bonus. The host is also very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Parking the car has been a bit of a challenge. The garage itself is secure, which is great, but unfortunately the host wasn’t able to connect our phone to the garage door system. Apparently, the system is supposed to allow you to call a number and have the door open automatically. Without that access, we’ve had to pull off the main street, stop the car, get out, enter the garage on foot through the side entrance, manually open the garage door from the inside, then run back to the car and quickly drive in before the door starts coming back down—I assume it’s on a timer. Then repeat the same when leaving. It feels a little like playing chicken with the garage door! There’s got to be a smoother and safer solution. Perhaps guests could be provided with a garage door opener so they can simply click it to open the garage shutters when entering or leaving. The opener could then be returned at checkout together with the keys and parking permit. That would make using the parking space much easier and eliminate the need for this rather awkward routine.

There was a leak which left a damp floor in the lounge, could have been cleaned better and the sofa was not comfortable

Secure underground parking. Close proximity to the city centre. Well equipped kitchen. Gym available if it's your thing. Pleasant helpful receptionist. Discount vouchers. Good view if the minster.

Beds uncomfortable. Freezer needs de frosting so you can open the drawers. Sofa uncomfortable. Only three seats available in the lounge. Fourth person has to use a kitchen chair. Bedroom blinds need dusting. Lounge blinds do not stay fully open .
