The property was very conveniently situated for the city centre, in a lovely quiet location. The house was immaculately clean and excellent value for money. We will definitely use again, and this property will be our "go to" location for future holidays.
There was nothing not to like at all. Perfect house for us and our friends.

Great location easy walk to York, parking right outside with permit supplied Homely and comfortable
Cushions on the settees were a little on the flat side new foam possibly but minor not a complaint more of an observation

Location, own parking spot and a rear garden
The living room area is very tired. Sofas are uncomfortable & grubby. Coffee table is also grubby. Walls need a freshen up. Floor is badly scratched due to people moving sofas to get a comfortable viewing position for the TV.
