Good location and easy parking directly outside the house. Clean and in good order.
The downsides were all relatively minor, but they were the difference between good and great:
There were no spare bin bags at the property
The neighbours (students, I believe) were quite noisy on occasion playing loud music but it wasn't that bad
No dishwasher - again, not a big deal for just two of us
A side table in the lounge to put down a cup of tea would be nice - we improvised with the folding steps!

Perfect location to walk into the City. Plenty of space, facilities good. Great shower and towels. Easy access to property. Heating easy to use as very chilly NY weekend.
So happy to recycle but all areas of the country use different colour bins or boxes and not all recycle everything. An easy to use guide would help clients to recycle correctly.
