Fabulous location and a lovely little gem house.
Its in a quiet area of the city but there are plenty of pubs and eating places around.

Parking, short walk into city centre, next to bar walls, near 2 good pubs, Rose and Crown excellent for food, accommodation is everything you need for a short stay, modern, well equipped.
Mattress was a little hard, but that's just personal preference, not a criticism.

Well positioned and clean
Basic, sofa and bed not particularly comfortable. Mattress was thin, cheap foam. Sofa was a very basic ‘clic clac’ sofa bed type more suited to a waiting room than a sitting room. WiFi gave out for most of second day. The unit was also overly hot and the heat could not be controlled by the thermostat, only remotely by the agent. Described as ‘dog friendly’ but is in fact only ‘dog tolerant.’ You have to leave £25 cash if you have a dog with you and on arrival you’re sent a text warning that your dog isn’t allowed on the sofa or bed or you will incur an extra cleaning charge. Which rather begs the question - what is the £25 for? Surely if the dog is only allowed on the floor and the floor is going to be mopped anyway, the £25 is a bit unnecessary.
