It’s a really lovely hotel but not quiet and tranquil

Soundproofing could be improved, as noise from the neighboring room (including snoring) was easily audible.

Good stay with consistent services

The location is good, especially for a ski holiday, and the stay was generally well organized. The room was clean and comfortable, with consistent housekeeping throughout the stay. The facilities were adequate for a longer stay, and overall the services were stable.

The experience was generally fine, but nothing stood out as particularly memorable.

A very pleasant stay

it is a very good hotel, breakfast buffet is super, pool warm and opened until 20.00, housekeeping service is very good, too. I can only recommend this hotel.

Very clean and spacious rooms, staff was friendly, food (breakfast) also great with a variety of choices. Swimming pool and spa area small but overall nice. Peaceful area on the outskirts of Bansko, our room had a great view of the mountains.

Internet was not working at times. Both TV's sets were not working (signal interruptions)

Nice stay in the Bansko area

The rooms were a nice size and offered a balcony with views of the mountain. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was nice. The staff in the play area was exceptional and offered options for kids of all ages.

There were very few amenities in the room - for a family of four, there were only two plates and a few utensils in the kitchen area.

Great hotel in Bansko

We had a very pleasant stay at St. George Ski & Holiday Hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a kitchen and a balcony. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Both breakfast and dinner were very good. We also liked the spa facilities.

One thing to note is that the swimming pool is on the smaller side, and since the hotel was full during our stay, it often felt crowded. This is more of an observation than a complaint, as everything else about the hotel was excellent.

The room was big and clean, the food in the restaurant was good. hotel accepted for us to check in very, very late.

I asked for a room on an upper floor and with the view towards the mountains and they didn’t offer it even though the hotel was not too crowded.

A really nice hotel in Bansko, we were a group of 9 and really enjoyed the stay and hotel facilities. Both dinner and breakfast were great, we had plenty of options to choose from Hotel staff real nice and helpful

Great value for money, would come again

The hotel is nice, the room was clean, staff was nice and most of them were polite. Food was very good, maybe the deserts were nothing special but overall i liked most of the food choices and quality. Each room has coffee machine and each guest gets free coffee/tea bag per day which i think was really nice (the coffee also tasted great).

- The hotel has 3-4 sections (A-B-C-D), we were in section D but i didn't noticed any sings in the hotel to navigate you to your section, so on arrival we tried to enter our room number but (unfortunately) in different section which was a bit akward but luckily nothing horrible happened, so be sure to verify your section before trying to enter your room for the first time to avoid akward scenario. - We used the provided glasses for a drink and the coffee cups for coffee in our room but the next day they were not changed for new clean ones, i think it would be better if they were changed daily

The food was great. The room was big and comfortable. The staff was always nice and helpfull. The swimming pool was good and the game room for the children was good.

I didn't like the fact that you can only use the pool with children, and in the rest of the spa the childrens are not allowed.

Relaxing family weekend

The apartment was of decent size, comfortably accommodating us (2 adults and 2 kids). The pool was big enough for having fun time with the kids, but not super big if you are looking to swim, especially if it's a bit crowded. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and varied every evening.

The location is not the best. It's a bit far from the city center. However, it's close to the gondola, so if you are going skiing, you can just walk there.

Decent breakfast, facilities, parking space and location. Thin walls, numerous screaming children.

Decent breakfast, decent facilities and decent parking space for quite a few people. Room cleanliness is on par, location is fine as well - not in the center of Bansko, not too far from restaurants / shops.

The walls are thin, thus allowing the huge amount of children and their inconsiderate parents to wake up other guest at 6am for example. Quite of the cleaning personnel are also not considerate enough, often enjoying some folk to pop-folk music during quiet hours (2-4pm), which does not give a great image to the otherwise fine hotel.

Comfortable stay

- most comfortable beds ever! (in the Studio - Ground Floor) - spacious - great food variety at breakfast - delicious food in the restaurant - nice spa - quite big free parking just in front of the hotel - warm room - small supermarket in the hotel

- the spa can get too crowded (also a lot of kids and school trips) - too many people and a bit of chaos at breakfast - bad isolation/doors - you can hear everything happening in the corridor at the Studio - Ground Floor as if it's in your own room - a bit far from the city center, but relatively close to the ski lift - surroundings not the best (road is not nice, no sidewalk)

Wonderful experience

The stuff were great, very generous and kind, with a great passion to help and assist whatever is needed. Offered shuttles to the gondola and back for free. Food was great. Enabled late check out with no extra money. Massage and spa were amazing. Highly recommend Ascent - the therapist - gave an awesome treatment :)

I really enjoyed my stay

The hotel food and spa was geat and exceeded anything similar in the alps. There was always something for children to eat (excluding dessert).

The desserts were great for adults, however they could have done with something simple for children, e.g. ice cream or chocolate.

I don’t think i would visit this hotel again in Christmas days while the food quality and taste dropped dramatically when more people came . In the previous day I was excited with the food . The cleaning of the room was unprofessional. (I include photos of the room that was cleaned)

Very clean, great location, great staff. Breakfast was very nice. We had a nice mountain view and the room was comfortable and big enough for a 4-member family. Spa was good too.

There was too much chlorine in the swimming pool. Staff are being a bit too fast when it comes to empty plates (I guess it’s a management thing).

Worth of money, would recommend.

Staff was helpful, spa center was enjoyable, rooms were big and comfortable we even had 2 balconies with 2 different view. Breakfast was rich. It was definitely worth of money.

We have rented room for 5 however the kitchenware was for only like 2-3 people. They should mind this and add 3 more glasses, cups if checking in 5 people in a room.

Fantastic hotel where you feel like at home, just more relaxed! Clean, clean, fantastic clean, white sheets, really white towels, too. Large space, big room. Excellent food, various, delishious, very, very tasty, more than enough! Location very good, we took walks to gondola, but you go by shuttle if you want! The price is very good! You have spa centre, pool with hot water, 32C, saunas etc… You can park in front of the hotel, very cozy. They are real host, i am very thakfull! Thank you, people from St. George!

I liked the views. Breakfast was nice. Free shuttle service. Spa facilities were busy but nice.

The single beds pushed together were uncomfortable. The bathroom had a funny smell (we didn’t complain but should have) No complimentary tea and coffee in rooms.

All in all, the hotel deserves praise, and the value of the stay is satisfactory.

A large hotel with a large number of guests. The apartment in which my family and I were accommodated had a large entrance hall, a bathroom, a living room with a dining room and a kitchen, and a large bedroom. The kitchen was equipped with all elements and cutlery, fridge, coffee maker... Excellent, large and spacious apartment with a terrace. The entire Hotel is heated 24 hours a day, and the apartment we were in is covered with underfloor heating. The food offer exceeded all expectations. Excellent and large selection of dishes with constant replenishment.

- Very small pool considering the large number of guests. - The maintenance, cleaning and changing of towels seems to be a small problem, because in one day we had cleaned one room, and the other one was left uncleaned, while the other day it was the other way around, and the same thing happened with the change of clean towels, even though there were 4 people, they were only changed for two. - A very small space in the lobby that can seat about 10-12 people - Very Small Entertainment Space for children with very few and very old games - Not polite behavior from one person in the restaurant. He was anxious all the time, answering with raised tone or just that anxious look. We reported to the reception, they apologized but next day same story, so we had to avoid the tables where he served. Also, other friends and people that we met in the Hotel were complaining about this person behavior.

Good place to spend family winter vacation

The staff was great! Specially the restaurant Manager, I had my birthday and he made me a personalized cake with happy birthday decorations! Also reception on night shift was really caring and friendly! The food was great! The sauna was also very nice, the pool was a little bit crowded and dirty! The heat was great, the cleaning inside the room was okay!

Parking not regulated and also the view outside the hotel was not good at all like a abandoned building!

Rooms were not thoroughly cleaned. Even if there were no smoking rooms, it smelled of old cigarette and the couch and table were burned . Price list was not next to the minibar, and they charged me for teas, even if they stated in the description of the hotel that you have coffee machine in the room. In the normal countries, when they give you coffee machine with pads you can use it free of charge.
