A good visit with family for skiing and a nice swimming pool and leisure sauna and steam room .

Around the hotel was a bit of a building site with stuff dumped on one side. NOT THE FAULT OF THE HOTEL.

My frist and last time on that hotel.

The location is ok.

When we arrive at the property nobody helped us with the luggage(no doorman no piccolo). We was for 3 night on that hotel and our room never cleaned... The cleaning lady said that we had to put a special sign if we want to be cleaned our room. The spa was very small and i can say bad. Over all the price for the service they offer its high.

Lovely place to stay in Bansko

The staff, the massage, and it was pretty comfy

Once we didn’t have hot water to shower :/ and the staff updated it could take a while and the water stream was not strong.

Staff are very friendly and helpful and service is great.

Location is great and walking distance to the Ski Gondola and hotel had a free regular transfer too.

On a few of the nights, it got very windy at night and the wind blew hard against the terrace windows and door and some draughty came into the room and the noise was very loud. This kept us up.

Perfect hotel with excellent design, Relax zone, restaurant and staff for superb stay!

Really big apartment with fair-place. Excellent design with wood, stones, colors and textile. A lot of lights. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. А very rich breakfast with homemade items and variety of coffee drinks. We also had a super delicious lunch & dinner at the hotel. Staff is very nice and supportive. Very good SPA/relax zone. Definitely we will come again.

A special thank you to Dani the receptionist, she was exceptional!!! Also thank you to the amazing team at the restaurant, so gentle and welcoming. One little comment time to change the pillows in the rooms. Thank you for making our stay so comfy.

Great stay to relax

The staff was really polite and friendly. The food is amazing there. Great relax area and spacious rooms.

I felt that the room wasn't warm enough, unfortunately. No AC on the room, only central heating but not strong enough on such a cold night. Still a lot of blankets which didn't make it as uncomfortable.

Very recommended

The staff was very welcoming and helpful, right after I checked the room I get I showed some problem in the room and the reception upgraded me to other bigger apartment. The apartment was very good and big, very comfortable and clean.

Not a 5 star hotel, more like a 3 star. Needs refurbishment. Rooms need refurbishments, super small and run down bathrooms.

Nice place but could do way better not the friendliest of staff

The Property was clean and tidy the facilities were good but not 5 star.

The sauna wasn’t on in the morning which was annoying, the breakfast was awful, hotdog sausages when Bansko has its own local sausage, no orange juice or apple juice. The staff were rude and not at all accommodating, I was accused of not staying in the hotel and then of having two people staying in my room. I would say its a good 3 star. The lights in the room made a buzzing sound on one morning they didn’t work and maintenance had to come and sort out. Things like the curtains not being able to shut properly because of the surround/headrest of the bed was in the way. If the staff hadn’t been so bad none of it would matter really.

We had a great stay! The room was much bigger than we expected, the breakfast was delicious and the SPA was great! The staff was also very friendly. We were leaving early on the final morning and they did a packed breakfast for us. Highly recommend!

Overall it was a great stay.

The apartment was big, clean and well equipped. The SPA has everything you need. The staff were super friendly and polite.

The restaurant is small - there weren't enough tables during the peak hours. There was almost no food 45 mins before the end of the breakfasts/dinners.
