Nice aparthotel, clean, well equipped, but a bit of a walk to the gondolas and main ski area.

The room came with a well equipped kitchen and was also nicely stocked with cookware and dinnerware which was really handy to have. It was a bit further out than expected, especially after a full day of skiing! But otherwise, was a lovely place to stay. It was clean, comfortable and warm! The room could use with a few more coat hooks and drying racks though!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Predela LUX Aparthotel. We were a group of four (myself, my mother, and my two children, aged 8 and 6) visiting Bansko for a ski trip. Everything about our stay was excellent: Dining: We took the Half Board option (breakfast and dinner). The food was delicious and offered a great variety. A huge plus was the playroom located right next to the dining area – it kept the children entertained while we finished our meals. The dining staff was incredibly kind, and the area was always spotless. Service & Cleaning: The reception staff was very welcoming and helped us with every request. The room cleanliness was exceptional. Every time we requested cleaning, they even changed the bed linens, which smelled amazing! It was a treat to come back to such a fresh room every day. Facilities: The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, which was also maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness.

The only minor downside is the language barrier. Most of the staff do not speak English, and many labels in the dining area were only in Bulgarian. We often had to use Google Translate or AI tools to communicate. While we managed fine with body language and translation apps, it would be helpful if the staff had a basic level of English for easier communication.

The breakfast was not eatable, the spa was to small for the number of guests, we found mold in the apartment, the only 2 people that knew english were at the reception.

Refreshing and recharging.

This was our fourth stay at Predela Lux Aparthotel, and it never disappoints. It’s a perfect getaway for families with kids – peaceful, quiet, and offering beautiful views. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Nice all round plave

Great place that has all that you need in order to relax (heated pool, sauna etc). the apartments are cosy and have the minimum that you need.

The location is abit far from the main street so you need to drive. the bed felt like they have ended there life and need to be replaced, I woke up with a broken back because the mattress was bad. Last thing is from 17:00 there is no staff at the pool so you cant buy anything like drinks, if you want, you need to go to the reception and pay there, then you go back to the pool and get what you payed for. even when someone did come, he didnt speak english and didnt know how to use the card payment so it didnt help, and nobody want to go soaking wet to the reception just to buy a beer.

Super nice place for a family

Spacious and clean apartment, super nice staff (the cleaning ladies are even smiling and cheerful), the food was good, the pool area was clean with nice temperature water in the big pool. The back yard has more than enough space with activities for kids and rest areas for adults right next to the pine trees. The whole family loved it, especially our 5 year old son, so we will be back again for sure.

Staying 4 nights in a hotel room requires cleaning and refreshing but that hasn't been done by the hotel. the coffee machine works only with pods you hace to buy at the reception, for a high price

Cozy mountain apartments

The location of the apartments is great as a starting point to the ski lift or the hiking trails. The rooms are very clean and modern. They are fully equipped for a pleasant stay. The garden is adorable.

There was a coffee machine in the room but there weren't coffee capsules available. We were in the ground room and around 1 am the sprinkler irrigation system started running hitting the windows so it was a bit of a shock until we understood what is going on.

Great value for the money, definitely will come back

Cozy and clean apartment offering everything we needed for our stay, the food was delicious, pool and the spa seemed like brand new and were very spacious. The garden was amazing with fun corner for our child. The staff were extremely polite and responded to every request we had.

Great location, comfortable beds, uncomfortable sofa bed though.

Location is perfect. Sofa bed not very comfortable for my son however the two bedrooms had very comfortable beds. Unfortunately, traveling with two teenage children, one male and one female, my poor son got the sofa bed. Kitchen perfect, bathrooms perfect, great having an ensuite.

Ski hire shop didn't appear open when we arrived despite numerous emails making inquiries prior to our arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to come back.

Our stay was during the peak summer month of August. Initially, we had concerns about the absence of air conditioners, given the heat. However, to our pleasant surprise, the mountainous evenings were refreshingly cool, and we even found ourselves reaching for blankets at night. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, we opted for the two-bedroom layout. For families with children planning a visit to Bansko in the summer, especially with hiking in the mountains, this hotel comes highly recommended.

Stylish two bedroom apartment. Kitchenware is present. Clean bathrooms, close to the lift station.There are plates, glasses, cups, pots and pans, kettle, oven, cooker, washing machine and a fridge in the kitchen. Clean pool.

You just need to bring forks, spoons, knives.

Good value for money

The flat we had was very spacious and comfortable. There was a nice balcony and the location was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was enough parking place. Very good value for money.

It wasn't very clean. There were spots on the beds. The sofa bed was not prepared when we arrived. There were not enough amenities in the kitchen, we had to ask the reception for a wine opener.

Pleasant hotel with nice staff

The apartment was quite pleasant and rather clean, although not without any remarks. The sofa and the beds were quite comfortable. Wi-fi was free and of good quality. Staff was nice.

Our apartment did not have air conditioning, just heating for the cold seasons. The offering doesn’t say it has air conditioning, so there’s nothing misleading (!). I must say though that I’m honestly not used to searching for the air-conditioning option in Bulgaria as here practically every decent place to stay does have air conditioning. It’s my mistake I hadn’t checked it but it felt like an unpleasant surprise. So, if air conditioning is important for your trip, this may not be the right place for you. Pillows had an unpleasant smell from previous guests and there was dust on the night lamp. Breakfast was good enough for us but I found it overpriced.

Apartment was comfortable enough and clean. Staff was polite and friendly, ready to explain and assist. I liked to see several people working on the cleaning and arranging, inside and outside facilities. Seems that is well managed, without problem with the staff, which sometimes occurs.

Apartment size and style exceeded our expectations. Even though we didn't use the kitchen, it was very well equipped. We had a wonderful time, the personnel were very helpful, and kids enjoyed the trampoline in the jard. Very good value for money.

The location of this apart hotel is somewhat isolated, and you'll need to use a taxi or a car to get to the downtown. The pool should be renowned, some of the small tiles are missing, and there is a mold in the walls close to the ceiling.

The staff was short, it took me more than 20min to find someone in the whole hotel to give me water and in the end the cleaning lady provided me water.
