Good but with issues

Location. The Downtown apartments are in an ideal location. 3 min walk from the Gonola station and 4 min from the Banso centre with bars, clubs, restaurants etc. Close enough to be handy far enough to be quiet. It also has a supermarket on site. Very handy. The accommodation is very spacious compared to others and a real bonus. The sofa and beds are very comfortable the bedding and towels were clean and plentiful.

The general apartment (except for the bedding and towels) was quite dirty. The cupboards has open packs of crisps and biscuits. The bins were full of rubbish, under the beds had clearly not been cleaned . While the kitchen has a good range of utensils and plates etc they were dirty and needed washing before use. The carpets were heavily stained and the apartment ovrrall showed a lack of maintenance with the shower door coming off its runners. Felt like the apartment had lacked some TLC and attention for some time.

Horrible and disgusting location

No parking available…fridge and air conditioning unit in living room broken…both bathrooms filthy and dirty and water on the floor…staff rude and unable to communicate with..they asked me to pay extra for the second access key card ( I paid for a 2 bedroom apartment and 4 people…I should have at least 2 key cards included)etc

The dirtiest accommodation I have evet stayed in.

Location is good, very close to gondola and city center

It was the dirtiest accommodation I have ever stayed in. Both the room and the living area were carpeted, and the carpet was covered with hair from previous guests. Even the supposedly freshly washed sheets and towels had a significant amount of hair on them. The entire place was dusty, and the bathroom had clearly not been properly cleaned — there were visible residues in the sink and bathtub. The overall lack of cleanliness triggered my allergies, and I had to take medication for four days because of it. I was looking for the TV remote on the couch. When I lifted the cushion, you can see in the photos what I found underneath.

Apartment close to gondola station🚡

+ Great location - close to the gondola station ( on the opposite side of the river), nice internal garden + well equiped appartment - towels, dishes and cooking utensils, tea and coffee in the kitchen cabinet + helpful apartment management - arranged same floor apartment for our friends, and rebooked the dates according to our request

- leaking hot water boiler - extensible bed is not comfy to sleep

the rooms were pretty big, the complex was very nice and the location was good

it was cold, we only had an air conditioner to keep the room warm and the toilet wasn't clean when we got to the room. also the stuff doesn't speak english at all

Disappointing

The apartment had more than enough space for 6 people and it was very clean.

There is no built-in heating. There were only 3 electric heaters in the room, which might have been enough if the electrical wiring in the building wasn't so terrible. Multiple times per day the main fuse would shut off, leaving the entire apartment without power. We even had trouble charging multiple phones without triggering the fuse and using a hair dryer was impossible. Water heaters were bad as well, giving no indication whether they were working or not, hope you like cold showers.

Bansko is a nice place for skiing, and Downtown Bansko Resort a very good place to stay.

Excellent location. No need to use the car for the entire stay (a couple of hundred meters from the gondola station). Warm, large enough apartment, good wi-fi, all appliances needed in the kitchen, balcony with nice view. Last but not least, very understandable host! Thank you!

The extensible coach in the living room (we were four persons and needed the coach too for sleeping) was not very comfortable. But this is the only minus we could find.

Great apartment, great price

Very nice apartment, the bedroom looks exactly what it is like in the photo. Heating was powerful so was comfortable. When we entered the apartment it was very clean. Would definitely recommend for this price is a very good deal in a great location of bansko.

The lift was down for maintenance but this was not the apartment owners fault.

Дуже брудно. До підлоги прилипаєш. Єдине що чисте було-постіль і посуд. Проблеми з каналізацією-тільки прийняв душ і одразу калюжа на пів ванної кімнати з під душевної кабінки. Діти хотіли прийняти ванну-гаряча вода виявилась не підведеною
