A friendly host is always available. Quickly answers all questions. The apartments are thought out for a comfortable stay. Clean, comfortable, there are kitchen utensils. Pool and spa. Lovely apartment with beautiful mountain views.

Worst sleeping ever

Doručak u sklopu hotela je prihvatiljiv, lokacija je vrlo blizu skijališta.

Putovalo smo nas dva roditelja, dete i još jedno dete iz familije. Namenski smo tražili smeštaj za 4 osobe. U smeštaju, u dnevnoj sobi postoji krevet na razvlačenje koji NE RADI. Kada se razvuče, onda se deo za razvlačenje odvoji od glavnog dela jer su nosači polomljeni. Nakon 4 dana prepiske i napinjanja da se to popravi, vlasnik je priznao da je znao za problem i uporno tvrdio da mi ne znamo da ga namestimo da ne ispada. Gužvali smo se tri noći. Vlasnik nije smatrao da je potrebno i da sam pogleda krevet. Stalno je slao slike i instrukcije za korišćenje kreveta i nije uvažavao moje komentare da je krevet ustvari polomljen, već je insistirao da ga ja postavim kako treba i da ga POPRAVIM???
