We had a Junior Suite. Great space but living area too crammed once the sofa bed was open. Kitchen well equipped. Bathroom spotless and main bedroom simple and large in size. Good cleaning as we opted for extra cleaning option. Clean sauna. Great concept of self caterina in a beautiful historical building and location is lovely.
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and duvet too heavy. However we were kindly given extra pillows. Living area too small once sofa opened. No instructions about any hotel info for anything in room, no telephone in room so any info about meals, hours of breakfast or spa time you need to walk down and ask reception who seem bothered when you ask them anything. When we arrived for check in we waited 5 minutes for an employee to come out of office as was chatting away with other staff and didnt even apologise. The kitchen restaurant staff were lovely but receptionist need to work on their manners as come across agitated when asked questions. Restaurant is vegan or vegetarian only and not inviting was the menu. Commom areas are huge but even though property is historical, it could present itself a bit more polished for the area. No signs how to get anywhere in building.

We liked the location. The room was large with an excellent view. Parking was easy just in the front of the hotel.
1) We didn’t like the food options. Everything in the hotel restaurant was vegetarian and it’s not easy to book dinner in Maloja. We found a restaurant in Sils Maria.
2) The phone in the room was not working.
3) We found some big pocket of dust in the room, not pleasant to see.
For the rest it was good, I think they only need to improve the servicing. The building in itself is great and the rooms are large. Furniture in the room is pretty old but not an issue, the bed is stable and solid.

Location and the views were spectacular. Very nice facilities and mini stove and all the utensils were a very nice surprise. Staff were nice and friendly. Bathroom was clean and my daughter loved the bathtub. Overall excellent stay.
Price of the food is a bit expensive.

Fair value-for-money given most properties were booked up for the weekend. Loved the grandeur of the Belle Epoque Hotel. Couches everywhere! And the stairs, wow! Bed was comfortable too. The mobile heater was thoughtful as the rooms are chilly.
Lacks life—but that’s okey in this case, as we were just looking for a place to sleep in. Also, the front desk could have been warmer and friendlier.

Great location in Maloja
Tired hotel which offered no dining facilities nor was there a bar to get a coffee or glass of wine. Staff quite rude and said that due to an event at the hotel (I believe it was a religious celebration of some sort)
facilities you would normally expect at a decent hotel not be available. What kind of hotel does this without warning guests as we would have stayed elsewhere.

Location only good thing here.
No restaurant or bar available or open during our stay which I believe was due to a religious group staying at the Hotel and the kitchen closed to other guests and the bar closed as no alcohol could be sold!
Hotel should contact guests in advance to advise them of this as it severely impacts your stay and value for money. We had to find a local restaurant at short notice to have a meal.
Also fixtures and fittings leave a lot to be desired, bathroom towel rail falling off the wall, beds are the most uncomfortable and pillows too.
I would NEVER stay here again the worst hotel I have stayed in for many years.

Very beautiful historical hotel. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view. The bathroom was renovated and in very good condition.
The only thing is, Two sockets where the night lamps where plugged did mot function.

Magnificent palace, but a bit dated. Large and comfortable room. Breakfast in a huge dining room that was quite empty. A bit strange that there is no dinner available in the huge dining room.
Huge hotel with few guests. Outdated facilities and limited services.

This is an amazing building with a fascinating history - a real experience to stay here!

The "flavour" of the hotel, a sort of belle epoque building. The room was large and the panorama beautiful. Very nicely located, easy to go everywhere in the Engadine. It is not super luxury, but is fascinating and efficient.
Nothing in particular.

Beautiful historical building, it was I imagined. Comfortable room, good service. Special thanks to the friendly bar lady who served us on the evening of 12.03
The breakfast was good even though it was vegetarian
Everything was fine but bit expensive

Beautiful setting, grand old building. Reasonably well maintained. Beautiful views. Good value for being close to St Moritz. Room warm and cosy with lots of wood. Eco-friendly soaps
Breakfast quite poor quality & choice

Very nice hotel to stay while you are on a ski vacation in the St. Moritz area. Comfy beds, good value for money, relaxing sauna (2 dry sauna and 1 wet sauna). Beautiful surroundings, amazing balcony view over the lake, good facilities.
All was good.

A beautiful hotel with very spacious public zones in a very tranquil place near the lake surrounded by mountains. Staff was great, rooms are spacious and clean
I am not a vegetarian, so I would prefer to have a choice rather than no choice:) But overall this has not spoiled my very good impression of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

The hotel is very special. It's like to travel with the time machine. The atmosphere, the furniture, the saloons, the lobby is authentic and looks like in the beginning from the last century. The rooms are modest, small and pretty. It's clean. There is a beautiful large terrace with magnificent view. We were there in late autumn and the hotel worked in minimal capacity.
The breakfast was poor, very small choice for the price they requested.

The location was wonderful, the staff were very friendly and they kept our wallet and computer safe whilst we went for a walk. The hotel was close to the lake and near the main part of town.
The gym facility could have had more equipment as it only had a barbell with a few plates of the same weight and cardio machines.

Rooms were beautiful and location is great too.
I would AVOID THE HOTEL IF YOU NEED TO GET UP EARLY IN THE MORNING. This is not a hotel where you can have a nice and calm sleep. It is a great location for a party, however the parties will KEEP YOU UP ALL NIGHT. I had to wake up at 06:00 the next morning, but couldn't sleep until 04:00 because of a wedding-party which could be heard throughout the hotel because of poorly isolated windows and no regard by the hotel for the sleeping comfort of its guests.
