Beautiful, clean and an excellent host.

The host was so welcoming and warm. He helped with restaurant recommendations and anything else we needed. The hotel was exceptionally clean.

A Gem Of A Hotel

Very clean and modern rooms. Genuinely amazing hospitality. It could show hotels 5 times the price how to serve the public. Great value not just for Switzerland but better value than comparable hotels in France, Italy, Germany etc

Great place to stay

I arrived by motorcycle and immediately the host came out and insisted on carrying one of my bags, She was always on hand to answer any questions or be of guidance, You could see she takes great pride in her hotel. Check in was quick, I booked a single room but got a huge room with large bed,table and chairs,great shower,easy wi-fi connection and friendly staff

absolutely excellent, spotlessly clean, and the Proprietors could not have been more helpful. Food in restaurant also excellent.

No it could not have been better - it was excellent and I will definitely recommend to others who are in the Swiss Alps & I will stay there again next time i'm in the area.

Great location, great view of mountain from my room (I was given of a choice of rooms), large windows, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff, lovely ambience.

Over delivered on expectations

The food is excellent, the owners and service exceptional. It has a charm that is unique to the owners, and the sauna/steam facilities are very good for a property it’s size. For value for money you really cannot beat it.

Superb

Great welcome, staff helped us with the luggage to the room, found the parking place for our car, and overall fantastic service. The room was very nice and spacey, even with an extra bed for our son. Excellent dinner in the hotel's restaurant and very nice breakfast. The hotel is in the Bivio, very close to the nearby ski area and just ~20 minutes drive over Julier Pass to St. Moritz.

If only we could stay longer :)

Excellent value for money and a real escape from the daily routine!

Very helpful and friendly staff - nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful hotel, full of character. A wonderful location, close to many walking tracks. The sauna was particularly welcome after a day's walking! We had delicious suppers each night in the hotel restaurant and there was a very nice buffet breakfast too. I'd go back any time!

The road was quite busy during the day (normal in holiday season of course) but nights were very peaceful - no sound at all!
