Comfy Stay

The breakfast team especially Monica was very good and welcoming. The breakfast was good. The view was lovely

-Housekeeping didn't leave us bath mat. -Extra coffee pods in the room were chargeable

Great Services and extremely friendly staff.

The room was a okay size for what we needed. Breakfast was good but was disappointed at that we had to pay extra if we wanted eggs benedict and apparently it was 12.9 chf per egg, extremely disappointed. Location of the hotel was very good and easy access to St. Moritz.

I felt that the SPA was rather dated and needs updating. Sauna was old and extremely small.

Exceptional amenities and comfortable stay

The room was clean and decently-sized, with plenty of drawers for storing things, nice amenities and comfortable beds. There are also game facilities and swimming pools in the hotel. The location of the hotel is exceptional. Originally we opted to stay in St Moritz but Sils worked just fine, if not better. It was in the middle of two beautiful crystal blue lakes and close to mountain attractions like Piz Corvatsch. The staff was very friendly from start to end, and the manager was also very nice. The breakfast had a wide selection of tea which I really appreciate, as well as different bread, cheese, fruits, etc. Overall great value for money, and will definitely stay here if we visit the Engadin region again.

The electric kettle in our room was very dirty and could not be used, so for the entire stay we had to go down to the lobby if we wanted hot water (quite essential considering the chilly weather during the night).

Fantastic hotel with superb Spa . All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the owner , Marc , went out of his way to make sure every guest had a pleasant stay . Fantastic position . Highly Recommend.

Excellent, quiet, pure nature experience!

The location is excellent - very quiet on the edge of the forest with a large stream right under your balcony, putting you to sleep. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable. The regular rooms were a bit small for a longer stay, but if you need more space, you can book a larger room. Food was creative and delicious. Breakfast buffet with a large selection was divided into different sections to avoid waiting. Our table was in the Pavilion restaurant, which is just above the stream - you sit right outside in nature without the bother of insects. There are planed activities at the hotel - guided hikes, yoga, bike tours - if you don‘t want to explore the mountain on you own. The hotel has its own hiking guides. We didn‘t have time to try the pool and spa, but the garden is very nice. There‘s a barefoot path to walk to the stream with a separated section secured with a rope for a Kneip bath.

No place to put you suitcase and unpack - as the room is small, it wasn‘t easy to take your things out and put them back in again. Also, the portions at dinner were relatively small for a mountain restaurant. They do that to avoid throwing away leftovers and you can ask for more, but we found out about that at the end for the dessert. And after a day on the mountain we were famished. It is a bother that guests smoke on their balconies, because you can‘t enjoy sitting outside or leaving you window open - but that‘s so elsewhere in Switzerland as well.

Breakfast was good. Reception staff was excellent. Parking facilities sufficient. Position of Hotel excellent.

No shower caps, only one chair in the room. Loose hanging shower walls. The whole washbasin was a LOOSE plastic unit. Bathroom was very tiny. Balcony was only equipped with uncomfortable metal chairs and not even a small table.

I hope the management is aware of Alessia in the wellness area. She is an excellent employee and an asset to the company. I wish there were many Alessias in the Tourism Industry.

Excellent location, accommodations, breakfasts, and best bartender Angelo!

Excellent location to explore Engidine region. Breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. Delightful Solbad. Our favorite was the “backyard” next to the river. Very friendly staff, especially Angelo the bartender!

I liked the inner pool and the sauna

I am personally very angry because they gave me a room that was not the one I pay for, when I booked my stay in booking it showed a completely different room style, the one they gave me was in the attic , besides the bathroom shower was small and old, also the bed cover was so sharply and uncomfortable, it took me a awhile to fall asleep. Also, I could hear all the talk and laugh from the room beside mine, was a very unpleasant stay to be honest. Is not worthy for the price , we paid 245francs more or less because we had to pay apart the parking which is not included! for the owner/ hotel staff please check the picture that booking is showing is not nice to sale something and then give something else, is a very disrespectful behaviour towards the client.

Convenient hotel for the Engadin ski race with a super nice staff!

The spa was lovely and the breakfast buffet was delicious and offered many choices. We had 2 dinners in the hotel, food was average but we were coming from Italy so hard to compare.

The bathroom lacked ventilation and the shower drain was so clogged you had to take a super short shower so as not to flood the bathroom

Superb

I have chosen this hotel because of the location due to the fact it was a work trip for me but finally it was really great. After whole day on my feet I managed to still enjoy the pool in the Thermal Bath section of the hotel, which was extremely relaxing! It is a bit dated in the style but it was pretty clean and convenient. Also I really like the design of the room, a lot of wooden elements, even the room for single person was quite cozy and had everything one could need, the window with natural light.

Be careful as the hotel closes for the night and if you go out without your card key there is a risk you don’t get back into your room until the morning. Also, it was not super clear where I should leave the card which I had for the parking when you leave the hotel, didn’t find the box.

Parking garage has rather small parking spaces and some guests are parking like they don't see the lines or just don't care, but outside parking provides a lot of space for large vehicles. There was only one sauna, in which we didn't get in.
