Warm, welcoming, beautiful hotel with the best mountain views

Breakfast was amazing, the hotel was clean and beautiful, the mountain views were incomparable, and they were so thoughtful about our 8 year old daughter; there was a robe and slippers for her in the room and she got a great welcome pack with a fleece scarf! And when my daughter lost her ski jacket, they let us borrow one from the premium brand they sell in the lobby for free for two days. The manager even said he would have gone home to let us borrow one from his 7 year old. They just always went above and beyond!!

I wish they had communicated more clearly about their ski and sleep deal – that you have to buy the pass for the same number of nights you're staying there. That was an unfortunate miscommunication. BUT they did offer us free parking and a late checkout to compensate. Also watch out for the charge on water in the restaurants. It's like $11 per bottle and we didn't know until the bill came with a charge of $45 for just water.

Lovely Christmas stay

Super fast delivery of any kind of wish one could have at breakfast. Super shortcut to Corvatsch station. Great view from all rooms overviewing the entire valley.

I have never met such great people working in a hotel - every single person was super nice, supportive and always smiling. Super friendly general manager always checking on the wellbeing of the guests and front office making everything possible.

A perfect stay with beautiful views, great food, friendly staff, and a super convenient location.

We had a fantastic time celebrating our anniversary here. The hotel is super comfy, right by the ski lift, and has stunning views. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we loved that we could bring our dog. The food was delicious, and the spa was really relaxing. We’d definitely come back!

My family and I stayed for one night at this wonderful hotel while I participated in the SGRAIL triathlon in Silvaplana. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! I can’t recommend this hotel enough — from the warm welcome by Giannis and the manager, to the thoughtful welcome gifts for my sons, the flexibility with early check-in and late check-out, the excellent breakfast, breathtaking views, and relaxing spa… everything was exceptional. Stay here and you won’t be disappointed. We will definitely be back!

Amazing hotel with beautiful mountain view

Staff (Nikita and Giannis) were outstanding and really helpful. The room is cosy, great mountain view and very clean. The breakfast is tasty with a great variety of breads with great service. I have an EV car and I was able to charge it at the hotel garage. Amazing quality and value for money!

The level of customer-centricity of everyone that works there is absolutely amazing! That's why we keep coming back every year, we feel like we're at home and relaxed from the moment we step in! The food in the main restaurant is incredible - has an Asian fusion twist and everything is delicious. Another favorite element is the bar the looks onto the mountains - highly recommend the fries with truffle mayo and Mille 1 Pratello red wine.

Just opposite Corvatsch lift, looks very convininet for winter. Very friendly staff, really high quality service. When in restaurant waiter use gloves for cutlery you know, they care about small things.

There was a really bad smell in the elevator, I guess something chemical. It was not possible to bypass it with stairs, since no signs where provided, and I couldn't find staircase myself.

The hospitality in this Hotel is exceptional. Every single member of staff that we interacted with was friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The Hotel clearly knows what he is doing, cares deeply and this impacts the atmosphere in such a positive way. We were both super impressed by how relaxing and luxurious this stay was without feeling at all pretentious.

- very welcoming staff at the reception - nice and clean spa area - great food for dinner and breakfast - well maintained hotel with perfect location just by the slopes

- Our room (413) was directly under the restaurant‘s kitchen, so there was noise by their staff until around 1 a.m. Reception just acknowledged they got that feedback before and asked the restaurant staff to be quieter - Room was too warm and AC didn’t work

World class view, unbeatable location steps from the Corvatsch gondola, pristine suite with contemporary amenities, excellent breakfast, cool rooftop bar and restaurant. Top class individualised 'first name' service throughout the hotel and restaurant.

Spa/pool area closing time for children at 5:30pm could be extended a little longer.
