The property was absolutely stunning. Beautiful inside and out.

The only thing was we got charged fully for the dinner we had even though it did state if you stay for 3+ nights you get a discount. Other than that everything was exceptional.

Nice hotel and location... But Attention for Clients to be improved

Location and service food as well as wine selection.

Attention for clients to be improved. There was a discount of 20% on food if you were staying at least 4 nights. This information is basic and normally is given at the beginning of the stay, like breakfast time and how to access during nights... So just three basic information. We got this info the last night the tenant at check out mentioned that was written somewhere in the documentation given at beginning.. Maybe it's true I didn't read about it, but discounts info if available shall be given at beginning. So I basically paid about 150 CHF more just because I paid the same night of the dinner and not at check out. At least as a small sense of compansation of this misunderstanding the cost of water and candies could be given as free (20 CHF). However it could be partially our fault but also staff fault.. We booked every day dinner and no info about this discount was given.

A Christmas paradise away from home

Simply everything. Charming old house, owners and all staff are exceptional, you feel like at home from the moment you step in the door. Also the restaurants and breakfast are great - in historic rooms with marvelous views!

The sauna and fitness room are quite dated and in another building across the street, which in winter is a bit inconvenient. Some more vegan choices at breakfast and in the restaurants would be great.

The most comfortable bed in Switzerland, in a fine hotel steeped in Alpine ambiance and hospitality.

A wonderful hotel, full of Alpine ambiance. A nice, well appointed room with a balcony on the quiet side of the hotel (away from the main road). A divinely comfortable bed, a true king and not just two singles pushed together. Lovely staff in both the hotel and the restaurant, very helpful and friendly and comfortable in English (among several other languages). An outstanding evening meal in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was top-notch, lots of offerings and everything of excellent quality.

The room was a little on the small side, especially the bathroom, but it was well designed so not really a problem. Rooms facing the road would not be quiet, as there's a lot of traffic through the village, but this was not a problem for me. No hot options for breakfast, but lots of other options.

A nice stay for the marathon time, with benefits from the central location to the start field.

The accommodation has a very good location. from the hotel to any slopes is less than two minutes walking - a very nice view is included over the Lake Sils , when rooms booked to sea side. the accommodation has a nice ski cellar with tools for waxing etc. which was very convenient too The accommodation has a very nice terrace and restaurant with a very nice cuisine and menu a La card and during lunch time the grill menu. prices are moderate. +++ Center Location for Ski Marathon +++ Perfect room service +++ Service staff is willing to help and friendly +++ very good restaurant and cuisine

the room nr.19 was very noisy due to street side location. we got an upgrade to the lake side which was great (no.31). all replies to the reception got immediately taken into action. room nr. 19 was not properly cleaned which was solved immediately - therefor a plus . breakfast in the breakfast room was not sufficient for the room price. welcome water at the room was not included and charged 8 CHF . Eggs and additional specific food was charged during breakfast - this is not anymore 21 century food and beveraging. A huge plus: the hotel has a very nice room service for breakfast with no charge. - - - noisy at some rooms - - - very pricey overall although it was marathon weekend - - - eggs cost additional at breakfast - - no welcome water at the room - room was not cleaned properly but immediately taken into action and re-cleaned TOP!

Good location, kind staff, great breakfast and generally quite clean. Parking was available next to the hotel, although we visited off-peak periods.

the rooms we have got were extremely old (50s-60s feeling), dated, not up to today's standards at all. It wasn't feeling cozy to stay there. Not sure about the other rooms, but if this is the standard quality for this price, I would not stay again here.

Ottima location e Hotel ci tornerei sicuramente

Hotel molto bello, posizione ottima per chi non vuole stare nel caos, camera molto grande e pulita. Il parcheggio è privato dell'hotel, la vista della camera bellissima, e tutti i servizi che offrono che sono davvero tanti sono fantastici, purtroppo però non ne ho usufruito per le mie tempistiche, ma offrono veramente di tutto. Personale cortese e gentile. Ottima struttura.

Devo dire la verità, sono rimasto un po’ deluso dalla colazione: per un hotel a 4 stelle mi è sembrata piuttosto limitata, con poca scelta. La sala è bellissima, ma con poco si potrebbe offrire molto di più. Un altro aspetto, almeno secondo la mia opinione personale, è la mancanza di scuri alle finestre (o non li ho trovati io). La mattina presto, con il sorgere del sole, la luce entra direttamente in camera e ti sveglia. A me piace avere la stanza buia, ma capisco che ad altri possa non dare fastidio. Infine, non c’è un portiere notturno: se si lascia la chiave in hotel e si dovesse rientrare dopo le 22, in caso di necessità si rischia di restare fuori.

目的がセガンティーニが愛したマロヤ峠に行ってみたい、その景色の中で肌で感じてみたいと言う事だった。しかもスイス建国記念日でお祝いムード、花火、雨の予報を覆して青空まで、ホテルは歴史あるシャレースタイルをそのまま維持、内装は快適に改装し、料理も美味しく、スタッフも素朴感あり親切で此処の雰囲気にとてもマッチして大満足でした。

特別苦情では無いけどエレベーターが無いので足の悪い人には少々不便もあるかと、

Gut als Ausgangspunkt für Radtour oder Wanderung

Gepflegtes Haus mit Tradition, gutes Frühstück. Abendessen u Weine auch sehr gut.

Interieur ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, etwas urchig. Zu viele Möbel zu viele Stile zugleich, und zu viele (schweizer Tradition..) Mitteilungen was man alles nicht sollte und darf. Aber: Vielleicht wollen dies die Stammgäste. Haus hätte mehr potenzial, wie zb Krone in La Punt. Wertung: derzeit zu teuer für was es ist. Maloja macht insgesamt einen etwas verschlafenen Eindruck.
