Good location for en route overnight stop. Large comfortable bed, kettle and free coffee making facilities at reception. 24 hour reception for late check in. Friendly staff. Free parking.

The bed and pillows were great, memory foam. Great night sleep

It was dated. Shabby paint work on walls. Fire doors leading to corridors were dirty, hand marks. Sink in room needs replacing, brown stains round plug and worn. No electrical sockets by bed side to charge phone etc. Someone smoking drugs in one of the rooms, smell in corridor. Staff ok but didn’t want to make me hot drink from proper coffee machine. Instead got it from an instant machine & charged 9€ for 2. Wouldn’t stay again.

Caen stopover

Direct access to the main Caen peripherique. Family room had a separate room for the kids with 2 beds.

Some traffic noise during the night from the highway. Bathroom was very small, toilet seat was not properly secured.

Good location, not happy about taking money from my card and not telling me what it's for.

Hotel was in a good location with plenty of outlets near by. Room was a decent size,

No remote in the room for the TV so it couldn't be used. I had 3 payments taken from card by the hotel for over £320 which I am still trying to find out what they charged me for but have still not had a reply from them. I have tried to contact their head office.

It's located just out of highway so location is plus, McD is just across the street. also many supermarket in close vicinity.

No ventilation in room. Window opened onto two motorways so dreadful traffic noise - VERY. NOISY. No USB ports. Antiquated entrance system after 22.00. No WiFi password in room. Breakfast OK but limited.

well located after our ferry crossing from Portsmouth . Clean comfy bed and bathroom . Nice simple continental breakfast .

Very dated - which is a shame but I guess what they charge doesn’t generate the money to update/modernise . if you look beyond this the accommodation and service are ok.

Very poor customer service. We arrived at 22.30 and our room was just set up as storage (as on the photo). We had to book and sleep in another hotel as no one was answering the phone (the emergency number wasn’t provided in the booking and we were supposed to search for it outside in the dark somewhere (as explained by the hotel staff the next day). Instead of a refund we were then charged again, by mistake. Next day we had to wait for the manager for over 2hrs at reception for an explanation and our money back. The receptionist said he was busy… Huge waste of time and a disappointing experience.
