Fantastic location and lovely welcoming staff. Room ok and shower etc really good.

Accommodation in a separate building to reception. Steep stairs to room and couldn’t get hall lights to work so very dark up the stairs. No aircon (small fan on desk) and window didn’t open very far so a little stuffy.

Nice welcoming place, rooms clean and tidy with good toilet and shower facilities. Breakfast was good value with an excellent selections of pastries eggs and drinks. Was also able to store my bike next to my room. Also the Caen ferry is close

Lack of info how to cook your eggs.

This was my second stay at the Manoir. Its location is ideal for staying overnight prior to catching the morning ferry. The staff are very. friendly, rthe rooms are large and spotless and the hotel has a good restaurant. The hotel is only 10 minutes walk from the excellent Pegasus Bridge museum and there's a Carrefour superstore a few minutes drive away

Our twin bedroom was cosy and comfortable although we did not get our milk and coffee replenished.

The accessible room we booked for my elderly father smelt strongly of drains or maybe a septic tank. We couldn’t leave the windows open to air as he feels the cold. The quality of the evening meal was a bit bland and disappointing. We then requested a packed breakfast for the early ferry as we had booked in for breakfast. The lady seemed to be quite annoyed with us and told me next time we should not book breakfast as it would be easier. We got a madeleine and some fruit and juice which was fine.
