Great family room with 2 double beds, excellent shower, tiny loo. Restaurant is amazing & good value for money.
No fans or aircon during exceptional May heatwave. Booked jacuzzi 4 days in advance but found it wasn't warmed up & would take 5 hours beyond the time booked to get to temperature - got refund, but disappointing for service offered by an "and spa" hotel.

The rooms we had were very clean and quiet. Location was practical for access to ferry terminal. Coffee machine was appreciated.
Not very comfortable pillons or beds. The rooms were very hot and the fridges didn’t work. Very basic rooms felt a bit overpriced, more motel style than spa hotel.
