My first stay here but I'll stay again.

Decent size, comfortable room. Plenty of parking with a secure overnight area. Very hard working waitress in the restaurant and a very good buffet breakfast.

Ok but not again.

The restaurant was open. Only open From Mon to Thursday in the evening.

The room was small. The bed was just wide enough. The bathroom was very small and the toilet was tightly crammed in between shower and sink.

A good value 3 star hotel

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Caen Memorial Museum which is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. The evening meal was very good value for money, the room was clean and comfortable and the self service breakfast was well stocked with a generous variety of choice. I was driving south after breakfast and the location north west of Caen on the ring road meant that I was quickly clear of the city

This "business stop" off hotel is ideal for a night when all is required is an inexpensive B&B. The breakfast is easy and good, the room clean but very very very small.

The room size is very "compact" for two people. The location - as you should know when you book - is not in the city but on a city ringroad roundabout - so you need a car.

Room was spacious. Bathroom was nice. Bed was comfortable

Not very clean. Place looks dated and in areas smells musky. 15 euros a head for breakfast is extortionate. Carpet in room stained. Wallpaper ripped. Carpets smelt dusty. . For the price it wasn't great.

We booked this on way home to ferry . Was ok but better in area .

Good only if you have a car

The bus stop taking you to the city is right outside the hotel. Rooms are clean. free parking if you have a car. walking distance to Caen memorial.

House keeping didn’t refill the daily amenities. It takes about 30 mins to get to the city centre. very basic facilities. towels are thin. hair dryer was difficult to use.

The hotel was actually quite nice for a night stopover.

The location was a little remote but fine - the young lady who checked us in was lovely - the one who served us dinner was not so pleasant & food was mediocre our room was fine just a bit out of the way.

Just a bit out of the centre but necessary to get private parking.

Perfect location - basic hotel

Location amazing

The room very basic with a separate toilet in a cupboard?! We could hear next doors TV all night. Staff not particularly helpful, when asked to check out early to leave in time catch ferry, made to wait 20 minutes as owner was preparing breakfast.

Clean well appointed room. Breakfast was nice and plentiful, all staff very nice and helpful.

We tried on 2 nights to get an evening meal in the hotel ( we stayed for 3 nights) and were told you were full the first night and fri, sat, sun no meals served. Luckily there were restaurants nearby but It would have been easy for you to check with your guests, whether they require a table and reserve it for them, and make it known thst there is none on Fri, Sat, sun evenings.
