Aweful service

Service was aweful as password for room didn’t work and there wasn’t anyone to help , then after hours of contacting the holiday, we manage to get of hold of online customer service but he was SUPER RUDE and NOT WILLING TO HELP AT ALL.. we were with kids at midnight and that customer service after not helping us, told us to go and find other hotel!

Not at all! Never as they were not at all helpful, three times they gave us wrong code for room and then after arguing then told us off!

Bad communication from booking and rude staff from b&b when trying to fix the misunderstanding.

It was comfortable and clean.

There was a misunderstanding about the payment. This is also booking.com fault as your email clearly states that everything had been payed for via booking.com. I had to pay on the premise and called for remote support. The staff member from B&B was really blunt and pushy. It left me with a bad taste and angry with both booking and the B&B staff member.

Our stay was fine. It was an out-of-the-way location, but we managed. Nice supermarket nearby.

Breakfast was good.

Check-in was unusual with a keypad entrance. Had some difficulty with it. No soap in soap dispenser.

Perfect budget overnight.

For a budget hotel for an overnight stop, this is perfect. Easy free parking. Comfortable bed. Perfectly clean. We all slept well for a stop on our road trip. Well located with restaurants a short walk away. Very close to motorway.

The breakfast area is really tiny. Many people were standing unable to find a seat.

Worth the money

Breakfast Buffet was excellent but we missed out on the Sunday because we didn’t realise you needed to book in advance for it . Rooms clean and well maintained.

Very acceptable for the price, especially if you just want car access to the D Day sites.

Cheap ant fairly cheerful. Breakfast modest but tasty; rooms modest but adequate. Breakfast bar exceptionally clean.

Be there to welcome you during the day; not open ‘till 5pm. Working to a budget? Cleaning of public areas such as stairs and corridors needs someone on their knees now and again.

Very comfortable beds especially as it was just a stop over . We had a quadruple room and even the bunks were comfortable and that's from my 16yr Easy payment system for out of hours arrivals

Breakfast was shocking ,which was a shame due to paying extra but hardly anything left to eat was looking forward to croissants or pain au chocolate. Still should have availability of food until the end of service .

It was a convenient location.

We paid for breakfast which was supposed to be all you can eat buffet until 10am. We went for breakfast at 930 and there were three pieces of sausage and no eggs or bacon. They said they would put more eggs. Two other families came in before we got back up to get them and when I asked if we could get more we were told there was no more. There was limited yogurt and cereal. And before the rest of the family got down to eat what was there they started taking that down at 945. So two members of my family didn't even get to eat. June 5, 2023.

Alright. Wouldn’t use the brand again. They are similar to ibis budget. Things were ok.

For the price the breakfast was ok. It is close to the motorway with lots of free parking.

Check in was done outside via a screen. We had a few problems with this but there is a call centre button close at hand to help. This was about 4:00 pm on Sunday. The description was manned the next morning.

The property was run down and unclean. The bed was clean but had an old stain on the sheets and the floor hadn’t been mopped and there were stains all over. The toilet also had urine in it
