Nice comfortable hotel.

The rooms themselves are nice comfortable bed and shower and Air con also. Quiet location just out of the main area.

Breakfast was expensive for the lack of choice. Just eggs and bacon - was 28euros for 2 people for 1 morning. the walls are not proper walls. Partitions so you can hear everything especially the cleaners very early in the morning like 7 and 8am pulling furniture around the rooms above and slamming doors going in and out making rooms.

Nice stay

Parking, cleanliness, nice personnel, close to city center, decent breakfast, 24hr reception - basically it's exactly what you need when you're on the road.

* Breakfast was tasty but not that varied. I mean, it's good for 2-3 days, but no more. * They have parking, but I would have loved to be able to reserve. I mean, after you travel and get there at midnight, it would have been nice to be sure you don't have to dig for parking around. Fortunately, that was not the case.

The location is exellent right in the centre of the town near all the resturants. The is plenty of parking if you are in a coach right in front of the hotel. But beware of Sundays there is no parking outside the hotel due to a Sunday Market

Clean and Bright with friendly English Speaking Staff in the Centre of Caen

The breakfast was comprehensive with fresh fruit, hot dishes and served in a bright airy room. The staff were efficient and kept topping up items as needed.

English Breakfast Tea was only available on some of the days I was there. As the clientele included many British Tourists I would appreciate tea being provided on all of the days.

Acceptable budget hotel with great location.

The room was overall pleasant and just as you might expect for a hotel of this price-bracket. The common areas and the overall hotel was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The lack of cleanliness. Not immediately apparent but there was a stain on the mattress and the area outside the window was disgusting. Low budget facilities should mean a lack of cleanliness. With credit to management, they offered another room for us and some complementary drinks. However I still feel the problem areas should have been cleaned.

Poor nights sleep despite a comfortable clean bed

Central and a clean comfortable room, if a little basic feeling.

The walls were very thin and we had a connecting door to the room next door- some guests were very noisy late at night. No fault of the hotel but our room neighbours had an alarm which went off at 550am which didn’t seem to wake them, but woke me and my wife and kept us awake. Overall a poor nights sleep! The hotel bar was closed off.

Appalling noise levels from the street outside, all night. Room was dark and dingy, and cold. Cleanliness of corridors was lacking.

Staff are friendly. Location is great, close to restaurants and bars. We had a company event at the connected hotel Mercure where the space is quite sutiable.

It's really cold in the room, heaters are controlles centrally. No water boiler in the room. Bed is too soft and not enough support. The room is a bit small. In general, the facility is not good compare to it's price.

The staff were very helpful.

We had to ask for towels as none in room. Room was very cold, heating is set centrally but staff provided blankets and apologised but it was not their fault but the management's. There were damp/mold patches on the bathroom walls.

Apart from location , very dismal ,!!!

position was excellent, staff friendly

the shower was dirty, long term grime around the edges!! room was shabby, end of corridor, lots of noise during the night, this was from bins being emptied under window. mix up with my booking! my fault, but was this really the only room they had to offer? mattress toppers kept slipping off the bed. Bathroom floor had cuts in it. Appalling! The shower head tubing was discussingly filthy, this is about to BREAK!

Disappointing

Reception staff was very friendly and spoke fluent English. Cheap public parking close to the hotel.

The room was in the ground floor and it felt like a prison room. The furniture was aged and the room pictures uploaded in this app by the hotel do not match the reality. The room was not cozy at all and had very thin walls. The AC was making noise and the windows and doors were squeaking. We paid 100 Euro the night and it was definitely not worth it, despite the central location. Did not keep up with the general expectation of a 3 star hotel.

Ideal stay for d-day anniversary! if I visit the city again, I’ll likely stay at this location again.

The location was perfect! 10-20 minute walk from anything we wanted to check out. The food options were abundant right outside the hotel. There was an amazing glee/farmers’ market right outside on Saturday morning. Breakfast was delicious too!
