The reception staff were exceptional. Gave great advice on Caen and were very helpful and friendly. Both ladies in the day and the lady on night duty/ breakfast was amazing. Made my stay special.

Fantastic location in the city centre. Even though it was in tbe centre it was so quiet. The staff were extremely welcoming and so friendly and helpful.

The staff was as good as any 5 star hotel without the obsequiousness. Very helpful & followed up on requests we made.
Great location. Close to everything, including the 2 bus to The Memorial, chateau, the 2 abbayes, short walk or tram to train stations, shopping, restaurants.
The facilities were spotless. Room was basic 3 stars with no pretense. Priced appropriately for the facility so good value. Simple breakfast served by helpful staff.

Breakfast was very sparse, just bread & a pastry. I had to eat elsewhere.
