Staff were friendly and were welcoming. We had been scammed by another property but was good to have a friendly face

One room was next to the lift but on request was moved Thanks Rooms were warm as no air conditioning and the fans were very dusty however able to open the window to cool down overnight

Central location, car park below the hotel, easy access, good valide for money since breakfast was inclused in the room rate

We had two room. One of them facing the street, which is maybe not the best idea on a Saturday night, since it was really noisy till around 2:30AM

Centrally located.

No air conditioning and room was very hot even though the temperature in Caen was ok. Breakfast room too small. Failed to order a morning taxi we asked for.

Location was great. Walking distance to bars shops and restaurants. Tourist train was really good. Lovely park 2 minutes walk away to sit or have a picnic. Staff were lovely. Great breakfast.

Lovely stay in Caen

I loved the light and airy room and the location is awesome

Car parking was a pain on motorcycles 22 euros for 1 night then we found bikes had parked by the front door . And a delivery lorry crashing and banging at 5am but that’s understandable I suppose.

Great location to visit this beautiful city. Staff were very friendly and helpful; breakfast was substantial and excellent value. Room was clean and adequate; bed was really comfortable.

Parking arrangements were convenient but rather expensive which adds to the overall cost of the visit. Only to be expected for a location so close to the centre, but still a bit of a pain.

A Kettle in the bedroom would have been a bonus, but there might have been health and safety issues. Access to a kettle in the reception area was welcome.

Pleasant but very cramped hotel. Staff are perfect.

Staff are amazing. Bilingual, warm and friendly. Professional. Good shower.

Small rooms, bedside table too small. Emailed to ask about parking. Hotel staff replied that she didn’t know. We replied saying response was very unhelpful. Another member of staff emailed and was extremely informative.

Small cramped rooms and a poor breakfast

In the city centre so easy access to bars etc. Friendly staff.

Rooms were very small, don't think I've seen smaller in 40 years of traveling. They also don't have Aircon so you need to sleep with the window open. Result the general noise you expect cannot be excluded. That and the heat, even the small noisy fan they offered results in very little sleep. The breakfast was poor, very little available. They did refill as we left but we would have had to wait 30 minutes to get a selection. Mo

Rooms looked new and were very clean. Staff were super friendly.

Breakfast was very good, but there were no eggs. Rooms didn't have air conditioner, which may be a problem if it gets very hot at night. The windows were fairly big, so if it is a cool night the temperature in the room will be OK.
