First time staying in a hotel with only one individual code to remember. Works to open both the hotel and your room. Very handy!
The halls are fabulous too, with a dark wooden open staircase with a theatre-like decoration, makes this hotel feel way more luxurious than the price would suggest.
And the location is prime too, with a central square full of restaurants and bars that you have a direct view on.
Nothing (except for maybe an airco, but this is not so common to get here)

+ Perfect location.
+ The code system for the door works great.
+ The facilities in the room are perfect.
+ The building is very nice.
+ Overall a good price compared to other places.
- There is an Espresso machine in the main hall, but no coffee capsules.
- The Wi-Fi is really bad.
- No host at all, no reception, it feels a bit hollow.

Central location near to where i needed to be. the conversion from a house in to this is nice.

+ My go-to place to stay when I come to Caen (I tried about 5-6 hotels/appartments in that price range).
+ Just next to a Monoprix, close to the train station, right in the middle of the city centre: perfect location.
+ Well equipped.
+ A good value-to-price ratio.
- It was in the midst of a heat wave and there was NOTHING to help cool an apartment unfortunately located under the roof. No air conditioning, no fan, no proper way to protect the windows from the sun. I was absolutely cooking.
