Dissapointing

The room is quite big and pretty well sound-proofed, the bed is extremely comfy, the location is good in my opinion, being around a few restaurants and near a park. We got the jacuzzi+sauna room and got to say the sauna is a very nice addition, it's electric (no steam from water) and it heats up pretty well to 60°C max. It has a big and comfy sofa to watch TV, a big desk for makeup and a mini fridge inside. Sadly, that's all the good stuff.

As said, we got the jacuzzi+sauna room, and being extremely excited to use the jacuzzi, I was quite dissapointed with its condition. Yellow stains all over it, a weird smell coming from it and its water (different from the bathroom water), the steps around the jacuzzi white from all the water, a plastic cover that hides the pipes fell off in the first minutes of the check in, and the worst part, black stuff/particles were coming out of the massaging tubes of the jacuzzi. Safe to say, we didn't use it at all. The room is all carpeted, which is not itself a problem, but one side of the jacuzzi was absolutely drenched in water when we got there, and being a carpet, we had to get used with the smell as it didn't dry up completely in the 2 days we were there. The bathroom has an interesting touch with it having glass between the bed and the shower, thing is, I don't think you want to see or be seen when using the toilet (my opinion). Besides that, you can't take a normal shower without creating a lake inside the whole bathroom and then using a mop to dry it up. And lastly, the parking. The hotel itself doesn't have parking area and you have to find parking space on the street. If you arrive in the middle of the day, good luck finding space, and then if you find space, prepare to pay, as all the parking spaces around the hotel are paid between 9:00-17:00. All in all, dissapointing.

We had an amazing stay at this property! From the very beginning, the owner showed an outstanding level of hospitality and professionalism. He kindly upgraded us for free from the sauna room we had originally booked to a spacious suite with both a private jacuzzi and sauna, which was an incredible surprise. Since we didn’t have cash on us, he even paid for our parking himself and waited with us until we parked the car, making sure everything was smooth and stress-free. Throughout our stay, he proved to be the perfect host – extremely polite, attentive, and genuinely caring, always ready to help with a smile. The combination of kindness, respect, and true professionalism made us feel not just like guests, but like valued friends. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and a host who truly goes above and beyond. We will definitely return!

What I liked the most about the owner was his exceptional hospitality and genuine kindness. He went out of his way to make our stay perfect – offering us a free upgrade, paying for our parking when we didn’t have cash, and even waiting with us until we parked the car. His professionalism, warmth, and respect made us feel truly welcome and cared for.

Lovely Jacuzzi! Great location!

We really liked the jacuzzi. Did not get to try the sauna as I was pregnant at the time but was a nice touch to the room. Room was big and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a bit uncomfortable I nearly fell twice but apart from that no issues with room. The host was really nice and paid for our parking as we did not have a Bulgarian number.

The bathroom kept water after showering and no kettle, tea or coffee in room.

The sauna in the room was amazing. As was having access to air conditioning and the great shower.

There weren’t any amenities besides the sauna. Some water, a kettle or coffee pot, and definitely more towels would be appreciated. There were not enough towels or pillows since 2/4 pillows are too big to sleep with.

We had an amazing weekend get away and would decently go back

The Appartment was very nice loved the hot tub especially. The room was very spacious and everything was great. Would strongly recommend and would definitely come back. The restaurant also was amazing with very good food and great value. The staff was very friendly and nice.

Great place to treat yourself!

Initially booked for wife and I, ended up with the little one as well. Manager responded kindly and provided us with extra towels and stuff. Apartment was spacious and looking great, jacuzzi and bathroom clean and ready for us. Really good time!

i don’t recommend it!

the room had all the facilities shoown in the pictures, but they were not well maintained…

many of the objects in the room were dameged, there were stains on the towels and linen, the curtain was half torn from the hooks, one of the lamps did’n work, i found a large spider in the room, there is no refrigerator, there is a coffee machine with capsules but without capsules or cups and in the evening until 12-01 the music from the club was very loud and you can’t sleep. Also in the bathroom the water from the shower does not drain well an remains in the middle of the bathroom, we had just a 1/4 roll of toilet paper for 2 people for 3 days/2 nights, and no one came to clean, to take the trash, or to restock the bathroom.

The room is very spacious with nice amenities. The host was very hospitable and helpful - he upgraded the reservation to a room with terrace and took care of the parking. The location is quiet, yet walking distance to downtown.

The room was quite nice. Clean, spacious and accurate to the description. The bathroom also big with a modern design and the sauna is a nice touch.

It is situate right above a club. From the evening till late at night (02:00 - 03:00 am) you could here loud music. The bass was so strong that the floor was shaking. If you want a quiet, relaxing trip this is not the place for you. But if you want to have some fun and you are not bothered by the loud music go for it.
