The house is located in a picturesque, very beautiful area. Clean rooms, quiet area, and very nice hosts. We will be back.

First don't expect a luxury room, it is actually two bedrooms good for family with 2 kids. The adults room is quite small, but could be OK if you are willing to compromise on luxury. The bathroom is fine, but very simple, large but also very clean. The hosts are very friendly. Normally there is no breakfast, but for 10 Euros you can get excellent breakfast with good juice, superb butter, great traditional dish Banitza, great coffee, home made excellent jam, fruits, hard boiled egg, from farm fresh eggs. The breakfast was so good, it more than compensated for the lack of luxury, made the stay very nice. They have a large yard, with flowers and lawn.
This isn't a fair question, you should realize that you are not up for luxury, but for an experience in meeting real down to earth people, friendly, polite, helpful in a genuine countryside people.

No hospitality whatsoever!
Guests are being divided, based on whether they have ordered or not breakfast during their stay. For the ones that have chosen not to include breakfast, there is a very small place which should be used as a kitchen where you should be able to fix your own meal. However there were no amenities required for that - no plates, no glasses and etc.
We anticipated a great experience and left with great feeling of disappointment !!! Do not recommend this offer!
