I liked the facilities the hotel have offered and the food was amazing with a good variety.

Girls from reception are lovely but the restaurant staff are struggling to smile and be polite.

Small, quiet, very pleasant and comfortable hotel, good quality for the price. Swimming pool in the back of the building. Enough parking space.

Breakfast was ok but almost 1h before it ends, there were things not being refilled and you had to ask for them.

I stayed in a single room, which I would recommend only for non-picky travelers, mainly because of the shower setup – there’s no shower cabin, just a drain in the bathroom. I knew this in advance, so it wasn’t a problem, but worth mentioning. Everything else was absolutely great! The location in Arbanasi village is incredibly peaceful, a perfect place to relax and unwind. The pool was amazing – clean, quiet, and just what I needed for total relaxation. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and I want to especially thank the lady at the reception who did me a favor and allowed me to stay a bit longer by the pool after check-out – I really appreciated that! 🙏 The room was very clean, and the breakfast was tasty and filling, served in their own restaurant just across the street. In the evenings, there was live music at the restaurant, and the atmosphere was really pleasant and fun. Everything went smoothly, and I truly thank the entire team for a great stay!
