Good experience with good food

I liked the facilities the hotel have offered and the food was amazing with a good variety.

Girls from reception are lovely but the restaurant staff are struggling to smile and be polite.

Good quality for the price in Arbanasi

Small, quiet, very pleasant and comfortable hotel, good quality for the price. Swimming pool in the back of the building. Enough parking space.

Breakfast was ok but almost 1h before it ends, there were things not being refilled and you had to ask for them.

I stayed in a single room, which I would recommend only for non-picky travelers, mainly because of the shower setup – there’s no shower cabin, just a drain in the bathroom. I knew this in advance, so it wasn’t a problem, but worth mentioning. Everything else was absolutely great! The location in Arbanasi village is incredibly peaceful, a perfect place to relax and unwind. The pool was amazing – clean, quiet, and just what I needed for total relaxation. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and I want to especially thank the lady at the reception who did me a favor and allowed me to stay a bit longer by the pool after check-out – I really appreciated that! 🙏 The room was very clean, and the breakfast was tasty and filling, served in their own restaurant just across the street. In the evenings, there was live music at the restaurant, and the atmosphere was really pleasant and fun. Everything went smoothly, and I truly thank the entire team for a great stay!

The room was oriented towards the terrace / restaurant and the grill from kitchen, in case you let the window open, the smoke from the grill may enter into the room. Also if there is a party with loud music, the place could become a little bit noisy

I would certainly come back to this hotel!

- the room, the studio was pretty large & quiet - the restaurant was great - the staff personal from the hotel & the restaurant was super ok (we checked in at 12h00 even if on booking it was written 14h00) - the location was great

- it should have been interesting to have the possibility to light up some powerful lighting in the room, as the lighting was made more for ambient reason, not for clear vision - the hot water of the sink was barely flowing

Good value for the money, but has room for improvements.

Location is beautiful. Staff is friendly. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is good (although on day 1 we only had 3 pre-set options and that wasn't great). Parking was fine, but it gets busy as expected.

WiFi was non-existent... Showers leak. Rooms are a bit dark (especially the smaller ones).

Great clean pool with natural shadow from the trees around. The bed is confortable and thr room is big. The big advantage is that you have a very nice restaurant in a big garden, with small animals (rabbits, peacocks, turtles) to visit, a small waterfall, playground for kids. The food is very tasty.

Nice personnel, clean and comfortable rooms. Very good and varied breakfast. The kids loved the playground and animals/birds from the "mini zoo which is in the restaurant's yard. Nice clean swimming pool.

I Ve been 2 times at this location:1st time on 2nd of July all was perfect,second time in 10th of July the cap(hatch) toilet seat in the bathroom was broken! Also the shower was completely free to splash everywhere in the bathroom

Very clean rooms. The suites were big enough for two adults and two children. The hotel personnel was kind and helpful. Continental breakfast was ok.
