Super friendly reception staff — we arrived late in the evening, and they kindly agreed to extend the spa zone’s working hours by one hour just for us.
The steam bath and massage were great.
Breakfast was a bit below average.
Unfortunately, construction workers started drilling at 8:30 a.m. right above our room :(

It was quite, located near Veliko Tarnovo. The room was big and clean. The swimming pool was clean.

Arbanassi Hotel nice stay
Park Hotel Arbanassi was a nice surprise. We reserved only one transit night, but the overall feeling was thy is very good value for money, breakfast and pool included (but we did not had time for the pool).
The personnel was very helpful and always available.
The evening we arrived, we enjoyed a laisure walk in Arbanassi village which is very quiet and pictureque historical village near Veliko.

The worst experience ever!!! Don't make the mistake to visit this place it's dangerous of many ways.
The worst choice anyone can make! The place has not been taken care of for years. As soon as we entered the hotel the lights were off for economy. We entered the room and left our things to go to the pool which was not clean the windows were dirty for months, unfortunately I was not able to take pictures. We went back to the room, went into the bathroom, there was a hairball in the sink and it smelled like urine, there was mold.There was also a huge spider. The room phone didn't work so I called the reception from my phone, after a while the receptionist came and told us desperately that there was no salvation! He said he would report it to the morning shift. No one picked us up the next morning. We went for breakfast which was also not up to standard. We went back to the room and waited for someone to come and give us an explanation. Of course no one showed up. So I called again from my own phone for cleaners and someone in charge to come. After 20 minutes the receptionist who was at check in appeared and I explained to her again what had happened and that I wanted to speak to the hotel manager. In the morning we had called to say that we were going to make a reservation because we were with a small child and we found this mess and no one showed up to talk, apologize and take responsibility. The cleaners, instead of doing their job, started complaining about having to clean. The receptionist said she would inform the hotel manager to let us know what would happen and for some compensation for the inconvenience. Of course, they themselves were witnesses to how dirty the room and the area in front of the room were, cobwebs and dust. This happened around 11:30. We go out of the hotel for a walk, we come back and the hotel manager is nowhere to be found. I repeat to the reception that I am waiting for her call. I go to the restaurant so that I can go to the room and there the evening receptionist stops me to ask me if the hotel manager has contacted us.

Nice hotel with great view
The location is great, enough parking places, nice view, the pool was heated, the rooms were spacious.
The check in is very late, even the room was ready the hotel staff didn't let us go in the room until 3p.m. The pool area is small and a bit old. The breakfast was with low quality products.

Arbanasi is a must see, the Park hotel unfortunately isn’t.
Good location, lovely view, quiet and the studio was spacious. If you stay there for a few nights and you’re not too demanding it’s ok.
The glory days of the hotel are somewhere in the past. Anything inside looks raunchy, overused and old fashioned.

Breakfast was quite plain and simple and only instant coffee on offer - not proper filtered coffee. Internet did not work in the room. Facilities are dated although the hotel was quiet and clean.

Good location, with a nice view and kids friendly staff and amenities. Clean rooms and pool area. Restaurant with local foods and drinks. But most important, a very good value for money.
