The hosts & staff were nice and accommodating - using mostly Bulgarian and gestures :)
1. No access to the garden, which was one of the property assets that we had booked the location for: as far as we could understand (since the staff barely communicated in EN), when we arrived it was too late to use the garden anymore, and the next day it was 'under repairs', or something like that. 2. This would have actually been ok, if we had had a real balcony, as advertised - we had specifically booked a room with a balcony, to be able to enjoy the night air, with a beer and a cigarette, in privacy. The so-called balcony actually proved to be something like an 'external nieche' of the room, with space for only and exactly one chair to sit on, between the room door and 3 walls, plus a small crack towards the ceiling, where you could see a small part of the sky - it looked like an exile space for a miserable smoker. :))

Sehr enttäuschend
Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich konnte schon um 12:00 einchecken. Das Gasthaus liegt sehr zentral, unweit von der Bushaltestelle. Das Frühstück, ob Omelett oder Toast hat super geschmeckt.
Von außen sieht das Gästehaus super aus, aber die Zimmer sind total abgewohnt. Die Auslegware schmutzig und das Mobilar veraltet. Das Zimmer wurde in diesen 4 Übernachtungen nie gereinigt, kein Mülleimer geleert und auch keine Betten gemacht. Ich war der einzigste Gast und so konnte ich mir auch die anderen vier Gästezimmer ansehen. Sie waren im gleichen schlechten Zustand. Ich musste mir den Haustürschlüssel erbetteln, da das Gästehaus um 24:00 schließt. An allen Gästezimmertüren hängen im Hochsommer immer noch Weihnachtskränze und Weihnachtsschmuck.
