Beautiful views

The view from the Hotel was beautiful and we loved the roof top and they had a good variety of food for breakfast very impressed and staff were friendly and informative.

Great stay

The room was big and clean, the beds were comfortable and the view on the terrace is absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was really tasty, with plenty of options and home baked items. It's a great stay and I highly recommend it.

The temperature in the bathroom is lower than the one in the room so it took a bit to adjust to it, however a plus is that the water pressure was perfect and hot water arrived super quick.

EXCELLENT HOTEL. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

COULDN'T BE ANY BETTER. Cozy and stylish, big size rooms, clean allover, excellent breakfast, fast Wi-fi, parking on site. The building roof is converted to a terrace with stunning view. Few minutes walking distance to Tzareves fortress and the city center. The only think, no elevator but it's 3 floors only. There is no room to be installed and it isn't necessary. WE DO THANKS TO ALL "HOTEL STUDIO" TEAM.

Lovely accommodations in a lively city.

The views from the rooms were amazing. The terrace was incredible in the evening for a glass of wine. The morning breakfast was wonderful and had something for everyone. A special shout out to the hotel staff. They bent over backwards for us multiple times.

Comfortable room with a nice view

The room was cosy and comfortable with a nice view of the citadel. Suitable for short visits.

The room was small, not 26m2 as specified on the booking (also because is an attic room); and in the bathroom was really cold. Not recommended for the wintertime. However, since we booked the last room, we appreciated our stay and we felt good. Bad coffee made from a Nescafé machine.

Wonderful hotel with a view to die for

Great view, comfortable room, good breakfast, helpful staff

On narrow street; difficult to maneuver coming with a van. Stairs to go up the room. Slope to walk down to city center. But this seems to be the same for most hotels here.

Lovely hotel in great location

Loved everything about this place. Super helpful young man at reception. Great location for wandering around town, fabulous roof terrace looking out over the fortress. Absolutely recommend this place.

It was excellent.

This property is perfectly located, offering an unobstructed view of Tsarevets and the light show. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and responsive, the service is excellent, the property is clean, and the breakfast is delicious.

Good value for money

Fantastic view, excellent location on a small old street, a short walk to the fortress. Old (historical) building renovated with charm Parking a few meters away. Good breakfast.

small details, I leave them here, maybe the owner reads them: room 402 needs replacement of balcony windows (double glazing that lost airtightness therefore are misty), WC flushing valve needs replacement.

Very disappointing stay

It's clean Good location

This is not a hotel, it's a small bulling with a few one-room apartments. Breakfast is a joke, this kind of breakfasts are usually served in hostels. The staff,besides one man in reception, was impolite and inadequate. On the request for late check out we were told we need to pay 145 lv which is insane. The explanation was that there would be no staff to take care of the room after 3pm,like what hotel is this... No parking, they charged us 15 leva per day for a place that was secured with two thin chains and a bycicle locker... The bathroom door lock was half broken, the heater in the bathroom was incredibly loud and after it ran for 1 hour there was a smell of burnt so we switched it off. For that amount of money you can find x1000 a better place nearby!

The view from the room was amazing!

Please do not stay in summer. The air condition in the rooms are not working. We felt like we were staying in a sauna room the entire night.

The hotel is nice, well located, close to downtown. The male receptionist was nice, gave us some nice tips about where to go, friendly.

The morning female receptionist was clearly bothered by our presence, wanting to pay the bill. Maybe there is a cultural barrier we did not understand, but asking for something should not bother people in hopitality.

The staff were really nice and helpful and the location great. The rooms were clean and generally comfy. The biggest plus is the parking.

The breakfast was ok, but there weren't almost any vegan options and the food was the same every day. There were no chairs on the terrace, therefor we couldn't really enjoy that amazing view, although chairs are advertised in the photos. It was rather disappointing

We had a lovely time here. We booked a 3 person room because it was the only one left. But it was a big room. We really liked it. We can’t recommend it enough! perfect location to see the fortress

Nice view but otherwise would not recommend

Only the view was nice

The food was terrible and not enough choices, coffee is very bad. There were stains on the carpet, dirty leather on the bad frame. Receptinist was trying to be polite but obviously not genuine
