Nothing

Not safe. When I came there was a huge drunk guy standing on the door. Someone made weird noises both nights of my stay. I stayed on the last floor, basically an attic. There are rooftop windows, I had to climb a ladder attached to the wall to close the window. There are bugs, moths. The neighborhood felt weird. The bathroom stinks, dirty towels, literally poop traces on them. In general it is a very dirty place. It is hard to open the front door. An the stairs... Wooden, most narrow and very steep. Only one person can fit. Would not recommend it to anyone, ever. Also, had problems with the payment timing and the name of the service provider. I usually travel "budget friendly", and I saw previous comments, but I thought people were exaggerating. They were not.

A hamper was delivered, but due to the heath and been there overnight not eatable, there was a fridge on the 4th floor, but I couldn't get there due to walking problems, and heart problems...even getting to the room was a steep 2 stairs! Toilet very small and very low...not for older people!!

It was close to the city centre and it was really spacious. We had three beds and a couch and it was just the two of us, the bathroom was enormous also.

I think is a bit overpriced for what it is. just a room where you can sleep. although it has non smoking signs everywhere, it smelled a lot like cigarettes in the whole building. people are very noisy (not the owners fault, but still) in late night and am. and again not as cheap for what is presented.

Okay, clearly budget and not well maintained

The room was easy to enter with the codes communicated in advance. Except for the bathroom, the room was quite spacious and light. The beds were comfortable.

The bathroom was very cramped and not very clean or well maintained. There were persistent stains and mold in several places (there were also several moisture stains in the room itself), and we didn't always have hot water in the shower. The bathroom did not smell fresh either. The choice of a window (although with a distorted view) in the shower overlooking the room itself is also very strange. The toilet didn't always flush very well. In addition, the room was quite noisy. The fact that the hotel is located on a busy street is just that, but then it would have been nice if the room was equipped with an air conditioner, so that the windows could remain closed during the warm nights. The room was also very noisy from the inside and we could hear the other guests coming home loudly at night. There were too few electrical outlets around the bed as well. In addition, the room was generally not in a very good condition. It's clearly a budget hotel, and that's okay, but budget doesn't have to equate to poorly maintained.

The Kitchen was very dirty, the bed was very uncomfortable, the bedsheets were not washed, the room was untidy.

noted an early check-in at the booking, arrived at 8 am, sat on the street until 12, waited until they said anything at all about the booking. after given room very dirty dirty linen towels after past people. then they said to take a walk until 3 days. when the room came and was not cleaned in front of us, we just changed the bedding on one bed and that's it. all the furniture is sticky dirty it is not possible to touch anything. only one battery works. refrigerator near the bed and that does not work.

Hôtel simple et sans prétention, mais bien situé au centre de Leuven. L'arrivée à toute heure sans réception est facile.

La propreté laisse à désirer, le lavabo était bouché, et l'isolation phonique des portes trop mauvaise (bruit la nuit). L'horaire du petit déjeuner est réduit (commence tard), j'aurais aimé quelque chose de chaud, et le picnic de remplacement était relativement basique.

Le prix vu les prix durant ce week-end.

Une odeur d humidité et de renfermée ,beaucoup de poussière sous le lit ,vieux tapis chaise cassé et la porte de la douche qui ne se ferme pas Une odeur dans les toilettes du a une mauvaise étanchéité. Et cerise sur le gateau on m a casser un rétroviseur. Le petit déjeuner est tres limité (tranche de pain beurre ou confiture et café au lait)

Não fizeram qualquer limpeza nem substituição de toalhas durante toda a estadia( 5 dias). No último dia não tive pequeno almoço. Isto é impagável! Não consegui aceder à televisão. Não recomendável. Além de ser barulhento...
