Good place to stay to visit Leuven

I was at the second floor, which is the attic, with a nice bed and modern bathroom. The room was warm and comfortable. I was traveling for work which I could work a bit there. Wi-Fi works well.

The price could be a little less, but I liked the place. The owner is very friendly and answers questions in any time.

A beautiful city with a lot of pictoresque buildings and monuments, combined with the perfect room!

The stay was maginificent! The very helpful and nice owner has a very comfortable room here (we stayed in the smaller room)! We also liked the cosy interior and even though it is not super big it was just right for us! I was even able to work a little at the small dinner table!

The parking even though it probably is the standard price for Leuven, is rather expensive still (it is not part of the hotel by the way). I would advise checking out a train connection. If one is not well by foot, please remember that you are not instantly in the inner city's pedestrian zone. For us, the short walks to get to all of Leuven's attractions were easily doable anyways! :D

Great stay!

Very good time and close to all important locations. The owner is very friendly and taking good care of his guests. Very warm in communication and offering good services. Check in was easy, the room was good and equipped will all comforts: good bed, big bathroom with good utilities, coffee, tea and food service, big TV if you like a cozy Netflix evening. Thank you for our fantastic stay.

Calling it a 'junior suite' is exaggerated. Thd room is small, there is 1 comfy chair and the bakcony is too small to sit on. Quite pricy for what it is.

We had a wonderful stay in Leuven! The room was spotlessly clean and super comfortable. The location was perfect - just a short walk from the Central Station and the historic city center. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and cozy spot to stay in Leuven.

Nice room close to center

Good place to stay close to the center with handy parking nearby. We were in town for a concert and didn't want to drive back home. Great price-quality ratio for a room that's only a short 10 min walk from the city center. It's a small room, but it's clean and has everything you need. The communication to get the keys was very smooth and clear. We'd definitely come back next time we need to be in Leuven.

Relaxing and convenient, at a great price.

Excellent location - a quick walk to the city centre. Shower was great. The manager was exceptional with their customer care. Very open and respectful, communication, kept the place very clean.

A little dark in the stairs (although there were good lights to turn on - I just don’t like dark apartments).

Embarrassingly high priced and not worth it

The location is nice.

The room was on the street, no decent window blinding, lot of noise, dead plants, very unfriendly messages everywhere : do not this, do not that, fines for not leaving it clean,.. The welcoming present was a river limonade thrown on the bed. The bathroom was a refurbished toilet with tiny mini sink. Half of the space is kitchen with no equipment with scary signs to not plugg in electronics, don't touch heating, pay extra for using the sink.. And it's in the city center, so who is going to start cooking anyway? The recommendations are deliveroo.. While there are shops and restaurants everywhere. Sheets and pillows are flat and cheap. Bed is too small for 2 and put directly next to the window at the street which is highly unpleasant. And this for a very high price.

Superb

Everything was as expected. An excellent studio with all amenities inside just as advertised. Some imperfect details here and there, but nothing serious. A very good choice, especially if you need the airco in the summer. The price was a bit high but not many bookings can offer what this one offers. Your choice.

Great location, but overrated and overpriced

- Great location: very nice restaurants nearby, shopping area and historic city center. Also cheap parking around the corner. - Comfortable bed Overall, not bad for 2 nights, but definitely not as good as the ratings suggest.

- the studio is at a (relatively) busy street for cars, so noise from traffic almost all night. - Noise from studio upstairs: you can almost follow entire conversations.. - The blinds for the windows don’t close fully, so light from street and cars come in. The room gets bright anyway when the sun rises, due to big ceiling window in the kitchen area. So bring eye pillow if you need a bit darkness to sleep well. - small things: small bathroom is fine, but a shelf to put stuff is missing. No small towels to dry your hands. Kitchen is only equipped for basic breakfast making. Pans are scratched so wouldn’t recommend using them for health reasons. - communication with owner: we inquired about early check-in. He said it was possible if we would promise to give him a 10/10 rating. We didn’t agree. But I wonder, is this the reason for all the high ratings? - An unwelcoming encounter with the father of the owner who was at the apartment due to some issues with other guests.

The location was excellent. 3 minutes from the center. In front a small super marker and an Aldi around the corner. It had air conditioning. And it smelled nice. The towels and bed smelled nice and clean as well. It's sound proof so the little noise outside does not bother. It's spacious enough for two people.

We love it.

We loved the location! In 2 minutes you will find yourself in a busy shopping streat. The parking for €10/24h was great too. It keeps the car cool because it is underground. The bed is very very comfortable and you have a big tv.

What was a bummer is that you have a skylight in the kitchen which does not have a curtain or anything so you cannot darken the room. Just for your information, the studio does not have a garden or balcony but there is a nice park at the other side of the street.

Good location, close to town's historical center; easy to reach train station; safe neighborhood; a lot of small cozy places to eat or to have coffee.

Very busy street traffic, makes noise at late evening and at night ( hardly possible to keep opened window at night time). Dusty inside an apartment.

It was spacious, comfortable and it has a good location

The toilet was outside the room (I didn't notice when booking) and it wasn't properly cleaned. The apartment I stayed is in the ground floor, so expect noises from the street.

Excellent!

It was a pleasant place. It is near Leuven station, you just walk several minutes and arrive! There are stores nearby; for Muslims, in front of the property, there is a local store that sells many halal foods. There is also a supermarket, where you can buy anything you want. The bed, utilities, TV, and air conditioner, all are available and easy to use. If you are not familiar with that, trust me you can used to it in a short time.

Unfortunately, the bathroom is separated from the main room. I think it could be better if it is connected. Gladly, the owner said that it will be connected soon! The keys (front door and room door) are a little bit hard, but later it is no problem.
