The host is very nice, is eager to accomodate guests and make them feel comfortable. The room is spacious and is fitted with comfy beds. The bathroom has a good size and had a window which made it great to avoid humidity. Although we moved by taxi/car due to the Werchter festival, the B&B is reachable by bus to the center of Leuven (3 euros per ride); which makes it flexible. The breakfast was nice.
This is something beyond their control, but is a bit far to walk back from the central station. So if you stay here to go to Rock am Werchter note that it could be challenging to get back.

walking distance to where I was going
Funky smell in the bathroom, shabby shower, cold in the room, not a single piece of vegetable at breakfast.
