Good location, but the cleanliness could be improved.

The location is very good, close to the main attractions and city center, making it easy to explore Leuven on foot.

The room was not the cleanest, which was disappointing. The single room was extremely small, with very limited space. Also, when I asked for slippers, I was told they cost 5 euros, which I did not expect.

The main point is the bed that is as hard as a rock. There was also a lack of infrastructure maintenance in the bathroom. It was a very (too) tiny space, and the breakfast is expensive for what you get

Ibis always seems to be a good budget choice - the location to visit Leuven was excellent

So all of the tourist attractions, restaurants and business buildings are on 15 to 20 minutes walk. Position is great, clean rooms, good breakfast, polite personel.

Rooms are quite small so when not alone you have to manage good with your suitcases.

The hotel was located very close to the city centre, everything could be reached by foot. The breakfast was of good quality and diversity. It has its own parking place.

The rooms are small and the matrasses were very soft. However, this does not weigh up against the positive points

basic hotel, not particularly charming

the breakfast was pretty basic and not many fresh things were offered. I didn't like the coffee. Also, the atmosphere in the breakfast room is nothing that you would particularly highlight positively.

Great location

Really nice budget hotel right in the heart of Leuven. Very friendly guys at reception who fixed an issue with our air conditioning immediately. Generally a quiet hotel too with good soundproofing on the windows.

The room is a little small, when you open door, it opens right to the end of the bed. For one person is enough but I don't think it would be enough space for 2.

Very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was good! Also friendly welcoming lady when entering the restaurant. Rooms are small, but comfy. It's got everything you need for a short stay.

Thin walls so a bit noisy, particularly from delivery vehicles, and people overhead. Go for an upper room if possible, re noise.
