AC not working but the sauna in my room was a surprise

Good location clean rooms

A/C had power but blew out hot air. Room was well over 40 degrees and nothing could be done about it. Hottest hotel room I've ever stayed in and slept terribly.

Good location, but not my best night of sleep

This hotel is in a very good location in Leuven close to the main station and around 15min walk to the city centre. Check-in is straightforward and the staff sends a good amount of emails to make sure we don’t miss the instructions (unlike others who only communicate via booking.com, so I appreciated that). The rooms are very basic, so don’t expect any luxuries, but for a quick night stay the hotel itself was ok.

The bedroom is together with the toilet and bathroom, no walls, not even a curtain. I was happy to be alone, as I would not have liked to be there in two, even in a couple. The pillows were massive and hard to use comfortably, the bed was comfy though. The main issue was that I was there alongside a big group of guys who shouted to one another from one floor to the next, ran around and knocked on each other’s doors ridiculously loudly throughout the little hours of the night and morning, so that made my stay really miserable — it was definitely not a good night of sleep… I know this is no fault of the hotel, but I want to mention it as it’s one of the downside of having a hotel that has no staff on the premises, there is no control if something like that happens.

I enjoyed Leuven, and the hotel was convenient, but the room was not somewhere you could relax in.

It was near to the train station and you could be in the centre in 10-15 minutes by foot. Nice bakery opposite- though it wasn't open on Sunday or public holidays. There is a lift to the other floors.

My room was on the ground floor, in what seemed like a former shop: the shop window was still there (floor to ceiling) but had a foil on it, to prevent people seeing in- though I wasn't sure when the light was on if the neighbours could see in. This didn't feel very private or comfortable. The bed wasn't comfortable. The bathroom wasn't really separated from the bedroom properly- above the door there was no wall, just an open space to allow odours or shower steam in (see photo). There are kitchen facilities, but not really a kitchen, rather a corridor with kitchen facilities built in. It was clean, but stunk of disinfectant.

I paid for it twice for my 2nd day, but they told me to stay in same room but they didn’t even changed my bedsheets nor

Pretty big room, modern design. Easy to find. We booked a room at the last moment and then for a long time could not receive instructions for settling, the code from the key box, we had to call ourselves and then we were told the code. There is a shared kitchen which is helpful.

The bed is very small and narrow for two.

The room was fine but it was located on the Main Street and there was traffic all night. The air conditioner was located in the ceiling and worked like a deep freezer hence the alternative of opening of the window to the Main Street and live with the noise. Can’t beat the price

Great place for a short stay!

Location is good. About 5 min walk to train and bus station. Generally clean with a shared kitchen that that meets our basic needs.

Layout of the room was a bit awkward and narrow. Guess that’s why it has access to a patio.

Leuven

Location is perfect, 5-6 min from Leuven train station and Leuven bus stop (de Lijn). Market is close by walk (Carrefour express). Streets are safe whenever you walk. Comfortable pillows that allows a perfect sleep. You may go to the restaurant de klimop (under the hotel mille colones) for an unforgettable experience.

Room was cold at nights. Air conditioning system was quite easy. But when you turn on it, it become noisy and smelly. If you don't turn on it, it is cold. On my third day, I found optimal solution. I'm set up 22 or 23 C degree with low fan speed, it was quite enough to sleep. Every evening I tried to open window to get some fresh air before starting the air conditioning :) Lastly, even there is a common kitchen, one or two glasses are left at the room, because the tap water is drinkable and very qualified in Leuven.

Actually, place was clean and that was all about human being may like,,

Everything, poor instructions to regular people, everything ( including trash bag and slipper) cost extra. You've shouldn't let people come without knowing that important details. We would bring our staff from home. Place is incredibly small, i felt like im in Osaka, staying in internet hotel,,, incredibly loudly room when u open the window and you have to obviously,, there is a lot more to say but i will reveal in my google review page which is better for everyone to see, including chocolate gift on thr table which was outdated,,

Big, spacious room, clean, all the necessities included. Free coffee and a shared kitchen and terrace. Very comfortable bed and pillows, we had an excellent sleep. Very important, as well, very good location!

We didn't like the fact that our room was ground floor but there are plenty of rooms in the other floors. Apart from that, we would appreciate it if the service was a bit faster (we asked if it would be possible to leave our suitcases for some hours but we received an answer the next day and when we called a lady picked up the phone and she was speaking in French while we had been telling her that we don't). In any case though, it is a value for money accommodation which we absolutely recommend.

Nice, clean, simple

Great place. Really clean, simple and has all the necessary stuff. Has a common area and a balcony with coffee machine, stove, refrigerator. The staff was kind enough to check us in at 1:30.

Regular check-in time of 3pm is a bit late.
