A beautiful house in a lovely city where we felt like home.

Data’s house is a beautiful house in a super convenient area if you want to visit Leuven. Is situated 5 minutes from the train station and walking distance from Leuven city centre. The property was very clean and comfortable with the best breakfast we have ever had being abroad. We recommend this place 100%. We wish to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay and wished we could have stayed longer. Leuven was a pleasant surprise — we came for a concert but ended up falling in love with the vibrant atmosphere, beautiful architecture, and lively streets full of young people and great shops. The accommodation was ideally located, just a 5-minute walk from the train station, which was perfect for us. The room was spacious and the bed incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was the best we’ve had during our time in Belgium, and the host was exceptionally friendly. Highly recommended!

Feeling home

I recently stayed at B&B Data and had a delightful experience. The rooms were very comfortable. The host was incredibly welcoming. In the morning, she prepared a delicious homemade breakfast that included a variety of fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. The location was perfect, offering peaceful surroundings while being just a short walk from the railways station.. I highly recommend B&B Daya for anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

The only aspect that could be improved is the check-in Hours, if possibile.

The really cosy, comfortable room and bathroom facilities and we loved the excellent breakfast. Daya is a wonderful host. Relaxed, peaceful, secure , and brilliantly located for both the station and Lwuven Would return in a heartbeat.

The host Daya is very kind and very helpful. The location is excellent for travelers, very close to the train station.

There was problem with the used bedsheet that the new cleaning lady did not change. Luckily the host Daya arrived at the right time and helped to change the bedsheet and solved the problem.

It was in a good location, clean, fabulous breakfast, wonderful host who really cared that we had a good time.

Wifi sometimes cut out but only a little bit. There was no AC but the windows were easily opened for a breeze and the Dyson fan did I really good job!

The owner is just incredibly nice. The location is very close to the train station. The room was very clean and well decorated.

I took the room at the highest floor, and it took quite a bit of effort to get to with my luggage. Not many hanging out options around.

Comfortable and Welcoming Stay

Clean and spacious room, good shower. The breakfast was lovely! Daya made fresh pancakes each morning and was very attentive towards ensuring we had everything we needed during breakfast. Daya was a great host in general, she was very warm and friendly.

It was nice to stay here

We had a really good time in this cute hotel, with lovely decoration in the staircase and dining-room. (In March it was Easter decoration.) The host is really kind and helpful, she does her best to make guest feel comfortable. She made nice breakfast for us, nice pencakes were waiting for us every morning (beside ham, cheese, eggs, yoghurts and others). We booked a quite small room, but despite its size, it has every necessities. From the room opens a toilet, but the private(!) shower with key - which was really clean and nice - opens from the staircase, so don't forget your slippers :) while 2 bathrobes belonged to the room for free. (There were bigger rooms with bathroom inside, too, we just didn't chose that). Location was perfect for us, because it's right next to the railway station, from which Brussels' center can be reached by 20-30 minutes.

Bright, fresh, modern decorations. Much attention to details. Lots of lighting details to make it bright. Super clean. Excellent breakfast very well presented - ready on table despite no staff being around. Friendly hostess on arrival. Helpful information provided beforehand concerning parking (for handicapped) though nearest is not by the door. Easy access to spacious ground floor room though couple of steps to get in house.

Could not stop or park next to property as at busy junction. Only a problem as my partner cannot walk very far, and despite busy traffic room was very well sound-proofed. On street parking can be found within reasonable normal walking distance. Normally would have easy foot access to station behind too but garden steps too steep for my partner without handrail. Suggest considering fitting hand rail?

Wonderful stay in a cosy bed and breakfast managed by a very kind and helpful host. The room was very comfortable and quiet, breakfast was lovely, and the location could not be more convenient both for visiting Leuven and catching the train. I would definitely stay here again.
