Basic but clean hotel with basic breakfast

Very central and communal kitchen area downstairs.

The hotel has no double beds though you can pull two singled together. There was no tea in the communal kitchen. Coffee at breakfast was not great. Very small room.

Location is very good. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, but no hot food.

The hotel is significantly overpriced for what is offered, which is very basic. There area much better hotels in Leuven for same or similar price. The rooms and bathrooms are small and there is no lift access to the upper two floors. It is more like a hostel than a hotel, with a shared area that includes a kitchen and lounge area. It would suit budget travellers/groups of freinds.

Convenient, central and clean

Very central

Reception closes at 8pm. We arrived at 9pm and it wasn’t clear at first how to contact the reception to check in. However, when my daughter contacted them through Facebook, they were very helpful and quick to reply and help.

Good central location in Leuven

The location is great and the staff are friendly.

There is no consierge 24/7. There should be someone on site at all times. There is only an emergency number to phone. The beds were also strange, 'jelly like' mattress and if you sat on the end of the bed, you may end up on the floor as not sturdy. No air con or fan so the room was roasting.

For our one-night stay in Leuven it was perfect to stay in the hotel with our two kids.

It was nice that the hotel had a room with 4 single beds. Very convenient for my family with teenage kids to stay for the night. The hotel is very well located, in the city centre.

We arrived a little late, just before 8pm. Unfortunately we couldn’t make use of the carpark anymore.

Decent, good location

The location is perfect, the room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. I didn’t get too warm or too cold so the temperature of the room was also good.

The room was definitely much smaller than I thought so but wasn’t such a problem. The building would need a bit of renovation (I’m talking about the walls because the rest seems to be a bit renovated) but the temperature or the bath/toilet were pretty alright actually. The only issue that is important to mention, even though I was okay with it is that it doesn’t have any elevator, so for me that I was in the second floor I had to go up 2 floors each time and to hold my luggage through that.

the member of staff that was looking after the breakfast in the morning was more concerned about telling his colligue about what he was doing the night before, rather than checking if the coffee machine was stocked.

Small & compact

Great location, a few mins walk from the station & very close to shops & points of interest. Small compact room & great shower. No tea or coffee in the room, but free & readily available from reception till 8pm. Nice lounge area, shared with the Hostel residents.

we booked a triple room and it was ideal, breakfast was good and we arrived by train and it was a 10 min walk from the station
