Great location and size however the facilities were out of date. You get what you pay for.

The location and size of the property were excellent for a family of 4. The kitchen was nice too and the parking and self check out were simple and easy to access.

Unfortunately the facilities weren’t up to date. The bedding had some holes in and the shower wasn’t very clean. The hand shower hose was covered in lime scale and the water pressure wasn’t great due to the limescale. The sofa bed was very creaky but comfortable. No big issues and still good value for money.

Convenient, clean and quiet. Great for a business trip.

Quiet room, comfortable and clean bed, decent shower. As I warned in advance of a late arrival time, the hotel let me carry out an online check-in and entry to my room by code. The small kitchen was adequate for making my own breakfast. Location was less than 10 mins walk from the station and conveniently situated in the town.

Lighting was a bit dull, bedroom and bathroom. Window looks directly onto another building, so I left the curtains closed all the time.

Recommended Apartment!

I liked the apartment because it was very close to the shopping center and the city center, not far from the train station and bus stop, making it easy to get around, and it was also clean. I also liked the comfortable single bed. And Youssef very responsive, helpful and communicative!

What I didn't like was: when we arrived, the elevator was broken, and our room was on the 3rd floor. We had to carry our two heavy suitcases (suitcases for international travel!) to the 3rd floor, and my wife had knee pain. but thankfully, the elevator finally worked after 3-4 days. Furthermore, we booked two rooms (one with a double bed and one with a double and a single bed because we were staying for 5 people). Unfortunately, all the double beds were sofa beds, and these sofa beds were noisy when we moved slightly, and they also curved at the waist, and the edges felt higher than the middle. Thankfully, we were always so tired when we got back to the apartment that the discomfort was outweighed by our exhaustion. But honestly we still recommend this accommodation for short stays.

Lovely Leuvan

Ideal location. Within walking distance of bars, restaurants and shops.

The lift in the building was not working and we were on the 4th floor !. There was minimal communication around this inconvenience. The lighting in the apartment was dull !. There was street noise at night from the bar across the road.

Place is nice, evev though Gateway Ghent is much better

Noise. Continuously. The bar Marengo on the street was open ALL NIGHT and uncivilized people screamed at any time. At 8:00 in the morning they finally started with loud music. If you want to sleep, GO ELSEWHERE.

Almost nothing, the room was okay, but the walls seemed to be made of cartons.

Just in front of the hotel is a corner restaurant that should be open till 11 pm according to Google. In fact, there were crazy locals who lived their best life till 5 am. We were pleased to enjoy the best hits of ABBA and Celentano till 3 am. After the music was off, they switched to entertain themselves by singing a cappella. The concert was till 5 am until the last members were picked up by a taxi. And I have nothing against people having a party. The problem is that even with closed windows we could hear absolutely everything as we were sitting in the center of this restaurant.

Great location, great value, simple check in and out.

Pull out sofa could be more comfy. Provided fan which we needed as it was crazy hot for Belgium was really not that effective. Fortunately a colder front hit us so it was only a problem for one night. Fridge could have a small freezer section, its normal in europe...

Great location and comfortable. Bit noisy at night but that comes with being so central. Kitchenette, dining table and work desk were great.

The vanity basin drain was blocked, upon arrival which was concerning, but promptly fixed by staff.

Ideal base for a weekend in Leuven

Great central location. Very quiet at night. Comfortable and clean. Kitchen well kitted out. Great shower. Towels and soap provided. No problem with late night checkin. Ideal for 3 friends sharing.

Apart from having a relatively short window to collect the keys without having to make alternative arrangements (3-8pm), the key pick up was straightforward with the chap at the front desk.

The lift was broken and we were on level six, however, the chap at the front desk helped with one of the large suitcases for the four of us.

I was not made aware that our apartment was unusable during our entire first day from 7am when we were woken to incredible loud demolition from the next door building. We were charged full price and no refund / late checkout offered. Also asked for the sofa bed to be made up and told there was a charge ! Even though we paid over €120 per night for our 3 night stay.
