Comfortable and affordable with basic amenities and close by the train station.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We enjoyed the breakfast.

The staff upon arrival was not overly friendly or helpful. The location of the hotel was okay, but there is only one entrance which required a long walk all the way around the building.

Very relaxing!

Breakfast and location were great. The staff is so polite and wonderful. Thank you especially to the housekeeping staff for making my room so clean! They are the most important part of the hotel.

The TV was old, half the channels did not work, and there were no streaming options to even sign in with my own acc.

Not up to the Novotel standard

I felt that the rooms were dated and needed an overhaul. Paint around the doors were chipped away. Hygiëne was not ok, there were stains on the couch. The shower had a lot of limescale. I just thought that the staff could do a better job in cleaning the rooms. See attached pictures.

Pleasant stay with the value of money.

Centrally located in Leuven. Walking distance from Leuven railway station. A pleasant stay as per the value of money.

Rooms need to be have some upgrade. Wallpapers seem to have coming out at some places. WC and the bathroom was separate. WC was quite cramped. Parking fees overnight is quite high if you keep taking your car overnight

Limited parking and public parking is pretty busy. Not very good smell inside the hotel. We paid extra for breakfast, which was very poor. Much better to get some breakfast in the city.

The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful to answer any question I had.

Breakfast was overall ok, but not many gluten-free options. Would be nice to introduce more options for people with food restrictions (same goes for room service).

Expected

We arrived very late hence probably no smiles from the staff. We also booked very much late in the day. The sofa bed was not prepared. Perhaps it was missed. We then waited to someone to make it whilst I hit in the bathroom with the dog so he would not bark. Annoying when you are tired but it can happen. Slept well, clean room, comfy bedding. No coffee machine. WC separate to bathroom, strange. Check out was at 12 which was super convenient for us.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and there was a variety of food available. There is free parking outside the hotel or there is an adjoining pay and display car park. Not too far to walk into town

Ok, but not worth the price per night

Good location and available (although expensive) parking

The bathroom smelled strongly of sewer. Tried to fill the bathtub to have a bath but it was not possible, it seemed like it wasn’t possible to completely seal it. The toilet bathroom was not properly cleaned. Tv is also super outdated and doesn’t have any international channels.

Very long check in, before me was just 3 peoples and its take 35 min to check in. Also, I asked the lady arround 2pm, could check in early, she strictly said -no. After when comes at 3,it's takes ages. Hotel is quite worn out and one of sheets was quite big hole.

Excellent place to stay in Leuven!

The room was spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, the blackout curtains did their job very well. Easy walk from the train station (5-7 minutes) but you can't hear the trains at all. Terrific breakfast. I know they have parking but I didn't have a car so I can't tell you about the parking experience. The town square is about a 10-15 minute walk, not bad at all. The staff were all very friendly.

I don't have any notes. Best hotel I've stayed at in a while.
